“There were 14 of us. Was a bit irritating that we were all there but had to wait til the party that booked it arrived before we were seated. About 20 mins. I know space is limited but it's hard to cut ur steak when the chairs are so close together u all have to agree to use only your right hands to cut & eat. It was noon so it's not as if it were a packed house. Our waitress was very attentive & friendly. Restaurant appears to be clean

Parking: There are spaces as well as easily accessible ramps for handicapped patrons. There's minimal parking in front & side seems spacious parking behind“

“Fantastic.. better than Longhorn! The Sirlion, Sirloin tips, and Chared chicken are phenomenal !I'm sure the menu is delightful!Stop by and visit with the crew. They are a happy bunch.Their rolls are the best in town. My brother loved them so much that he bought a dozen.We will be back!He lives in Aiken, S.C.I returned to Connecticut. “Evidently tonight they were a little short staffed as they struggled to get a group of 12 ppl served but you could tell they were doing the best they could. Our waitress, Renita, appeared most efficient at her job, as she by herself, took all our orders. We were actually surprised when our food came out much quicker than expected, however my steak appeared cooked just the opposite of what I ordered. I had no intention of sending it back, I just wanted Renita to see it so she could advise the cook. Well, Ms. Renita quickly insisted she would bring me another steak cooked exactly like I ordered it. I never expected that but in no time, she was back with a steak cooked exactly as I had ordered. She went overboard to serve us and was so kind and professional in her demeanor. Whoever the manager is at this location, they need to really place a great deal of value on staff like Renita...because she hardly everything for a large crowd....perfectly. Good job Renita. You were on top of your game girl.“

“I’ve been to Several Dozen Longhorn locations over the past few years. The bar staff here on Washington Rd nailed it both times I went in there a couple weeks ago. Andrea maintained poise and personality while juggling a bar full of guests. Parm crusted chicken with sweet potatoes and broccoli night one and a couple nights later a bowl of soup to warm up with, steak medium rare and the same sides. 👏🏻 nice work y’all“
