This place was great! I went a few days ago and I met this very kind man named Andreas. He was even kind. I felt like this was a very nice work environment and I will definitely come back to see that kind man!

I’ve had every tropical smoothie in the area & by far this is the worst location in my opinion . I’ve never really cared for the smoothies at this location . I decided to go & try the smoothie bowl . It had coconuts on it which I asked for them to be taken off , which is fine mistakes happen . I let the worker know & he said “oh” then took it back & they made another . When he came back to give it to me he said “here you go” I had my hand out to get it but he threw it on the table . Not sure what his problem was but I told him he could’ve handed it to me but he kept walking away . The first bowl that had coconut was more filled , but the one they remade barely had any açaí in it . I’m assuming they rushed & put it together . I don’t know the guys name but he was tall , slim , lighter skinned & I think had glasses .

Every time I come to this location they get something on my order wrong. Today I ordered an island green with vitamin C. They left out the vitamin C and it didn’t even taste like an island green it tasted like a banana smoothie. I love Tropical Smoothie but this location is hit or miss.

They get high points for being the cleanest location of this chain I've ever been in, at least when I was there. I always enjoy the smoothies and sandwiches here as well, something different besides the burgers or fries chicken which are the interstate standards.
Found a broken part of a GLOVE in my wrap sat there chewed on it thinking it was a hard piece of chicken till I actually took it out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting will not be coming back.

Mango cosmic Smoothie is super delish. I ordered a Carib jerk wrap and it was poorly made. Barely any sauce on it and everything in the wrap was unseasoned. The chicken and rice inside the burrito had no seasoning, not even salt. Bland and disappointing

Customer Service is not the best. I guess they have kids working there because when I was placing my order you can hear them playing & laughing. They aren’t professional & have no manners. I’ve been to this location several times & I rather go to Robert C Daniel location.

I often visit due to convenience of the location & drive thru however, I think I’ll rather receive service at the remainder establishments. The staff members seem to be increasingly rude or inconsiderate with each encounter. My smoothies have been messy most times and tonight they took my order and just had me sitting in drive thru for about 10 minutes with no one in sight to provide a greeting, my total, or wait time. Usually, I hear loud laughter before someone even comes to the window. I’m a very patient & private person but my most recent visit was the final straw. This is the only location I’ve ever had to complain on; I’ve never received such horrible customer service. Not even from a McDonald’s!

Very unprofessional! Customer service was horrible. I brought a sandwich meal and the meal looked like it was slapped together without care. The sandwich was over packed and sloppy! It looked like a 3 year old fixed it. I was so disappointed. I took the food back and demanded that they refix the sandwich and the supervisor had a demeaning smirk on his face! It was so disrespectful. I will never buy from that place again!!!

You get a pretty big Smoothie for the Price. When I got the Smoothie and Quesadilla meal the smoothie filled me up more than the Quesadilla did. My only complaint is that the quesadillas are lacking in portion and feel more like light snacks than an entree. I think adding more cheese and meat similar to taco bell would make the meal feel more worth it.
