The food is good but a bit pricey. The service is spotty but that's to be expected at a new establishment. Everything looks clean and proper and prim.

I'm a long time Zaxby's customer, been to 6 different locations in the area. Lately there has been a trend of poor customer service, even at the newest store in Grovetown GA. This store is convenient but very lacking when it comes to customer service. The staff act as if you're a bother for coming there. I sat at the drive thru for about five minutes before pulling up to the window to place my order. Then they had me wait another 6-7 minutes for my food. The order taker brought it to me, handed me the bag, turned and walked away without a word. I tried twice to take the survey on my receipt to no avail, so here it is... Zaxby's may want to take note; there are other chicken places around.

The food is good until people think they can play with your money and food. Was on my way to work and stop in to gwt my usual salad ,egg rolls and funnel cake. Every thing was good until I went to eat my funnel cake and found all of what looked like to be the burn pieces that are left over.. I will not be going

I gave this location a second try and I was yet disappointed. Both times the wings were not sauced and not warm at all. Maybe one had sauce this time! The fries were luke warm and the Zalad as they call it was thrown together. The price of $16.00(Traditional Wings & Things) for what you receive now is ridiculous. Since Covid-19 they have went up on the prices and give less food. I had a half a cup of fries. I have found this to be at three locations in the CSRA area.I miss the old Zaxbys when they first came out, the food was fresh and the wings were not pre-cooked. At least for the locations I've visited here, even downtown is the same.I will go back to Slim Chickens and The Chicken Finger place in Evans before spending money here again. At least my food will be hot, fresh, and I will receive more for my money. The salad had one grilled chicken tender cut into pieces for $12..The drive-thru employee was not pleasant, she was distracted by a background non-work conversation. The first and second window employees were great! Quality, Quantity is needed in this area.

They have 2 lanes but only use one. They won't close the second lane but you will have to drive around and get in the other lane since they will not acknowledge you... it's just inconvenient.

For this location to just recently open. The food is horrible. I received cold and old food. The egg rolls was cooked twice as hard, as if they was double fried.

We anxiously awaited the opening of this new Grovetown location, but I’m afraid we will not be coming back anytime soon. First of all, the the location is very aggravating to get to (from Lewiston Rd.). Secondly, the food is simply underwhelming. We spent $41 as a family of four, and only my nephew and I ate all of our meals. My wife’s $11 Zalad was loaded with rotten, wilting pieces of tomato. She has no interest in eating a salad without quality tomatoes. My daughter’s Nibbler was decent, but she said it lacked flavor. My nephew and I eat anything, so our opinions don’t count. The ladies in the family don’t want to come back, so I doubt we will. Ugh - so disappointing.Update: We let a staff member know about the tomato situation (out of concern for future customers). She took wife’s plate, said “thank you,” and tossed it in the trash. Nothing more was done or offered to us. Yikes.

This was my first time at this location. I have not been at zaxbys in 6 months, but I do not remember the chicken being as over cooked as it was at this location. My tea was great. The fries and bread were great. Please check the cook time on your chicken. The staff was dedicated and motivated even at night.
