I'm a long time Zaxby's customer, been to 6 different locations in the area. Lately there has been a trend of poor customer service, even at the newest store in Grovetown GA. This store is convenient but very lacking when it comes to customer service. The staff act as if you're a bother for coming there. This was my first time at this location. I have not been at zaxbys in 6 months, but I do not remember the chicken being as over cooked as it was at this location. My tea was great. The fries and bread were great. Please check the cook time on your chicken. The staff was dedicated and motivated even at night.
