I have eaten Chef Nick's food on several occasions over several years, most recently tonight at a private dinner. His food is excellent, and his staff is top notch. Whether it's a small dinner group or a large catering event, u will NOT be disappointed.

I wish I had photos to share of the delicious food at our wedding, but I don't! Mahgniffe Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Nick worked with us from our initial call to create a custom menu and tweaked up until the week prior to the wedding to ensure it was perfect. My husband is a chef and I work in weddings, so food and seamless service was a top priority. Nick and his team knocked it out of the park and I even caught chef himself clearing plates at the end of the night. In all my years of wedding planning, I've never seen that and it is something to be applauded. You will not regret booking Mahgniffe and I still dream about our cocktail hour dumplings!!

Chef Nick was the caterer for my sister's wedding and he was so excellent we brought him back for my wedding too, and the quality of the food and service were still top rated. The wedding food was absolutely stunning at every level! The flavoring brought both of us back to the home-cooked meals that we grew up on and love. So much so that on Saturday after the wedding, we decided to have lunch at my parents’ house because we knew that is where the leftover reception food was. Chef Nick was so kind that he took my mother's tikka masala recipe and elevated it for one of the entrée's and the result could have come straight from my mom’s fridge! The Mexican flavored meats, rice, beans tasted like we were back in Matamoros where my husband's family is from. Also, the carrot cake and icing was exactly as I had hoped. I could go on forever because the service and food was superb!

Wow, Chef Nick's food is what wedding dreams are made of! I've had many people tell me this was the best food they've had at a wedding EVER. Think she crab soup, extremely generous on the crab, and coffee-rubbed steaks cooked to perfection. Now keep in mind that our venue was completely outdoors and the team had to pack everything, including the kitchen, in and out. Even before he hit it out of the park on wedding day, Nick was incredibly gracious, hosting us for a wonderful tasting at his B&B property and packing up all of the leftovers for us to take home! He worked with us over the course of 9 months to perfect the menu and make sure our picky eater needs were met. Chef Nick came highly recommended by my Savannah friends and now I know why. Run, don't walk, to book him for your event! (Note that it may take some time to get a formal contract and written menu in place-- this is totally normal and just how he operates.)

We were here for my nieces wedding over Labor Day of 2022. The setting was beautiful and the food was phenomenal. The dessert was amazing, I had 3 pieces of cake, I love desserts. It was a 5 course meal and 2 hours of eating. One of the best meals I have ever had and if I get the chance to go back I will.

Obviously, food is one of the most important parts of a wedding, so we knew we needed the best of the best. Our guests RAVED about the food provided at our wedding. We had everything from poke bowls, beef tenderloin, risotto, even a quesadilla station and fried chicken sandwiches to end the night!
