The last few times we have came have been quite annoying, but tonight was the worst the two younger ones are just rude and seem like that hate being there and look and my fiance and laugh and whisper! I don't appreciate that at all ! Also Amanda was asking the young man at the counter to help her with our order by making our dipper and he got smart and was about to say something smart.
Amanda was also the only one I heard speak when we came in. Last time we didn't even get that ! Last time all they said was what kind of sub and bread.
Amanda was very sweet and very nice ! We appreciate her and I give her 5 stars

I ordered online and waited until it told me my order was ready picked it up there's no reason the bread should be completely soaked and the produce brown??? What I ordered:
Artisan Italian , Provolone , Lettuce , Less Tomatoes , Cucumbers , Black Olives , Regular Mayonnaise , Black Pepper , Salt , 50% More turkey.
What I got: barely any turkey brown cucumbers that are soggy, brown lettuce and barely any of that, tomato, no mayo, no salt, cheese, and so much black pepper it's literally covering the top bun I will not be going back this is ridiculous there was one car in the parking lot and three staff members I could understand if they were swamped on some things but the brown lettuce and cucumbers? And brown soggy bread that's supposed to be white yea no disgusting I wish I could post photos

Went in to grab a bite to eat soon as I walked in a young lady by the name Alyissa looked at us like why are we walking in at 9:45 when they closed at 10 so I brushed her look off and so my wife was in front of me acquiring about how she wanted on he salad then the young lady was rude and smart and I said to myself like omg I couldn’t believe she was upset with a attitude about a question that my wife had asked in guessing she was upset because she was ready to close the store then this other teenage guy took my order which was a wrap and put the lightest tuna on my flat bread and I knew right then and there I should have just walked out bad experience need to get some ppl that want to work smh at the Gm and corporate at this location

Has completely gone downhill since Melissa the manager has left. They can’t get anything right. From making orders, to checking out at the register. Their attitudes are clear they don’t care to be there or to do their best.

Did an online order while in the store to get the promotion of buy one get 1/2 off, while they were making the sandwiches, I asked them just to toast the bread and not the meats They toasted the meat anyways and I asked him to remake it, they refused And they did not have the authority to remake sandwiches. I asked if I could talk to the manager they refuse to call the manager. I asked them to write that on a receipt with their names. Here is the receipt. They would not offer a refund. So, instead, I walked out with my wife’s food and not mine. they just stole $13 from me.

Well, I did an online order, and I mistakenly did not put in the time that I wanted to pick up. Called the store immediately. Told the young lady that answered the phone that the time was not correct, and I wanted to pick up my sandwiches up at 7:50 pm. I said I wanted to pick up at 7:50 more than once. Because on the app, you can not edit the time online. She said ok, they put on the receipt. I said 7, and they made the sandwiches at freaking 6:50, so they had been sitting there over a freaking hour. So I asked kindly before I got upset. Ok, since yall got the time wrong after I had called and said more than one, I want to pick them up at 7:50. Can you remake the sandwiches? Oh, I'm sorry we can't. Ok, well, refund my money. Oh, we can't refund the online order. That's a lie. Well, give me the mangers name. Oh, she said not to give her name, this is after they called her. Ok, well, I need the store mangers name, sorry. Ok, well.give me the district mangers name. Oh, we can't. Ok. Well, I will dispute thru my bank and get my money back. Since I did not get my food. Subway, yall just lost a loyal customer.

Poorly staffed..The manager at this location is always rude and snappy. The line is long 8/10 times and moves very slow. Ordering ahead and getting your food at the scheduled time is a hit/miss
