I was ignored for at least 8 minutes the first time I came in, while the staff carried on conversations amongst themselves. I have seen it happen to other customers as well. They did not cut anything on my salad, just big chunks of everything. Today my sandwich was put on a dirty cutting board without a paper sheet under it. I politely asked the guy working to put my bread on a clean piece of sandwich paper and he ignored me. I also don't care for heating my chicken in a plastic bag. The lady proceeded to make my sandwich without asking if I wanted it toasted, but she was very polite. At least they're clean. I wish I had more choices for lunch in Hamilton.

This is a great local sandwich shop! We stopped because we always pass it when we vote, but it’s never lunch time. I had the Kickin Chicken sandwich on Jalepeno Cheddar bread. My wife had the Buffalo Chicken wrap. Both are great! The bread was fresh and lots of meat and toppings.
The menu has a great variety from pizzas, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. The prices are really good too.
For dessert, their cookies look really good. Couldn’t try them because of a new diet. But, we will be back when I can have a cookie.
There’s an ice cream shop behind them that opens at 1pm. Perhaps an after dinner stop one day.
Vegetarian options: Salad and veggie wraps and sandwich options.
Parking: There’s a lot of parking. You might have to go around the side or the back. There’s space.

I love blimpie! Well now it’s breaking bread but even though the name has changed everything else has stayed the same! They are a way better choice than the subway down the street for several reasons. I love how clean everything is at all times. it’s the first thing you notice when you walk inside and they always make it a point to greet you at the door. The sandwiches are great of course but my absolute favorite are the salads! They are so refreshing on a hot day and really make it easy to eat healthy without loosing any flavor. My only suggestion would be to add fresh cut fruit to the menu! That would be a great option to have. This place has got to be the best restaurant in Hamilton. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

This place has really gone down hill. I took my daughter to get a sandwich. I asked for a cup of water and was told that I would need to buy a drink. Very untypical for a restaurant to not give a cup of water when a guest buys a meal. This is nothing but greed on behalf of the owner. Even a low calibre restaurant such as McDonald’s will give the guest a cup of water when they purchase a meal. I will not be taking my family back to breaking bread. I hope that the free water that the owner saved by not giving will keep their business afloat. I will make sure everyone knows of the greed of ownership.
