“A steakhouse in the middle of nowhere that is usually packed. That says something. We have ridden by this place dozens of times en route to Alabama and have wanted to stop and finally got the opportunity. We now know why it's packed. The steaks are cooked perfectly and the seafood is delicious. Give this place a try if you're in the area.”

“We visited some friends in LaGrange and they recommended this place so much, they just drove us there after we finished lunch! It's a cute place, with a walk-up window. No one was ahead of us in line, so I barely had time to look at the menu posted, so I just asked for the most chocolatey-peanut buttery ice cream they had in a cup. Cashier said they had a chocolate-peanut butter ice cream and they could add chopped Reece's Cups. SOLD! My husband ordered the Salted Caramel Truffle in a waffle cone. We sat in the outside seating and enjoyed the afternoon. Ice cream was fantastic - my friends did not lead us astray. Highly recommend if you're in the area visiting Callaway Gardens!”

“Had a great shrimp burrito here. The guac was bland (pretty much just smashed avocado with cilantro) but my baby loved it. “The food is wonderful. However, the portions of some items seems to be a bit on the small side. Specifically, the corn nuggets don’t seem adequate for the price. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to Harris County and the people who run it are wonderful. my only true complaint is that the hours of operation no longer fit my schedule.Vegetarian options: They have salad.Parking: Little gravel side lot and paved lot on other side.Kid-friendliness: It is a one story building, and the parking lot is level with no curb.”

“Good food at darn good prices! $10 gets you a plate with 2 sides, or a sandwich/burger with a side and big drink. The homemade fries were solid, and the fried tomato and okra were super fresh and delicious. The pork isn't what my Californian self is used to - it's chopped into small chunks instead of pulled, and isn't cooked with BBQ sauce. It was decent quality but there wasn't much other flavor in it. It's not great on its own, so I recommend getting extra bread or something to mix it with. “So good! We got a fried tilapia basket and 3 different wings baskets. The baskets come with fries and hush puppies or toast. No diet food here :) Great service, clean, nice atmosphere, family friendly. There are 4 tables inside and some bar seating by the window. We were there for lunch on a Friday and it was pretty full.”

“I have never tasted such a delicious cake from a bakery. we got the strawberry cake and it was so moist and good!!! we all kept waiting for that terrible sugar rush with the crash to hit us but it NEVER did. we didn't get that yucky feeling you usually get after eating cake or sugary sweets at all. I don't think I will ever buy from another bakery because I don't think it could possibly get any better than this. this bakery set a very high bar and I'm HOOKED! we also got a dozen of their cupcakes and they were just as good! try this place you won't be disappointed!!”

“I have been driving by this place for too long, stopped in yesterday to give it a try and man I’m sure glad I did. The large chipped sandwich was plenty big and loved the mustard based sauce. Hubby got hot wings with potato logs (wedges), and they were really good as well!Very steady line of people coming in, calling in orders and lining up at the drive thru. We were satisfied and full afer leaving.A big kudoo to the fact they posted a sign to let customers know that cash and credit prices differ. Typical today and that's fine. Another business in this town isn't doing that and they are adding fees to the bill without telling people. Very dishonest of that other business. We'll definitely be coming back to this one. “We arrived before dinner crowd; the weather allowed us to eat on the patio. Brian our server was over to take our orders. The soup of the day was a tomato/potato soup- weird combo but it worked. They were out of crackers, but Brian proactively toasted bread and brought that out for the soup - great service! Recommend the Callaway burger - nice balance of toppings that are sweet but balanced by the slightly salt chargrill taste from the beef patty. All in all a great meal and service!”

“They have the best BBQ & I have tried many BBQ places in nearby Columbus. The staff is great...Ed is absolutely the best he definitely came in & changed the restaurant atmosphere. He makes sure you are very satisfied with your food. I eat here several times a week & never get tired of the BBQ it's so good. Only suggestion I would say is adding more sides to choose from. This is a great little BBQ place worth the drive to Cataula.”

“My wife and I were invited to a wedding being held in the chapel on the grounds. We stayed two nights. Our room was nice sized with a king sized bed. The one drawback was it was very expensive compared with similar rooms we have stayed at in nicer hotels. Almost $100 of each days cost was taxes and resort fees. We did not use the hot tub or pool but they were pretty. My wife said they need a magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. We did not eat on the grounds but the restaurant was busy at night. They need more premium TV channel options”
