I was very surprised and disappointed when my Subway coupon was refused. They have a subway sign. There’s nothing posted to let customers know either. This seems deceptive. Is this store not a Subway franchise? If that’s the case, they should take down their sign. The employee at the time didn’t even apologize at all.
We were drawn to this place because it stood out—it was unlike any other Subway we’d seen before.
We got there about an hour before closing, think they were done for the night but they were nice enough to make us a few subs. Everything was just as we asked them to be.
