“Food is good , we have always loved big chic , a few of the ladies that work in there are rude acting, me and my aunt go in there to eat every so often, and when we have go back up to the counter to ask for something we didn’t get they give us a rude look plus will one of them will stair at me with no smile from the counter while I’m are eating in the dining room , plus I had one of them laugh in my face one time when I asked for a to go bag for my fries , The atmosphere is uncomfortable sometimes in there.”

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..”

“Only our second visit to Smitty’s, but both did not disappoint! The Fried Green Tomato Pimento Cheese BLT is delicious! The hamburger steak is awesome as well as their daily vegetables! Hands down the best fried okra and hand cut fries! Also, was so blessed by a sweet couple that insisted on paying our bill! We will definitely pay it forward!!”

“We’re from south GA and just passing through. Went to the covered bridge and ran across this diamond in a ruff. I had the shrimp. So good. They cut and cook like little lobsters! Big too! Good salad bar as well! Great place. Also looked like a nice bar to have a drink”

I know I left there because I sat it on the floor first then picked it up to get it out of the way for 2 older gentlemen to sit at the table next to ours. We went straight to our car afterwards. “We have been hearing about the Blackbird cafe for sometime now. We rode the bikes over Sunday for lunch. Was not disappointed. We got cheese curds for appetizer, the best I’ve ever had. I had the ribeye steak, wife had grilled shrimp. Steak was so tender and the grilled shrimp was very good. The couple with us had the grilled fish and buffalo chicken sandwich. You will not go wrong eating at the Blackbird cafe. We will be going back next weekend.. 5 stars to the staff”
