We’ve been here an a few occasions . The kid at the counter is 100% disinterested to be kind . They had no cold beer , no barrio and offered no fix or alternative . Just looked at my wife and myself . I haven’t been to a more inadequate , rude place in decades ! We will NEVER RETURN. ,

The food was great! However, I have to agree that the customer service lacks. Being our first time, no one greeted us until we said hi, that is when the young man said order at the counter. As we are eating one employee sat and watched her phone with the volume on high.Then she started talking loudly to someone in the back. No one ever came to our table to check to see how we liked it or.asked if we needed anything. I have to say the food was yummy. They just need to pay more attention to customer service.
Ordered the fajitas with chicken and beef. They were perfect. Absolutely delicious. Really nice surprise to find a great Mexican restaurant in downtown Hamilton.

We walked in completely lost . Nobody greeted us. I guess you order up front than seat yourself . They bring your food but after that they don’t check on you or anything . You got to go to the front to get a refill. Food comes out on a paper plate and plastic forks for $71 3 small adult meals and 1 kid meal. Than you have to throw your own food away . Wanted to try this place not our type of environment. Food was okay but small portions . Would have given them 4 stars if the customer service was better it was literally none existent

Had a great shrimp burrito here. The guac was bland (pretty much just smashed avocado with cilantro) but my baby loved it. I wish I hadn't tipped as much as I had because I didn't realize you bus your own table after eating. Will update as I go again.

Just had the chile relleno for lunch here, and I truly hate to say it, but it was the worst tasting food I think I've ever had. The breading on the chile was thick and tasted awful, the cheese didn't even look like real cheese, and the salsa had a really weird flavor. The only saving grace was the pico de gallo and the beer. My husband had the lunch burrito, which had no sauce on it, wrapped in a rubbery tortilla. For the price, which I thought was high for the quality, you'd think we could get a regular plate and real silverware. Nope, I would not recommend this eatery.
