First and most importantly, the food is good. However, I cant say that for anything else. The employee seemed as if I was pulling hair out just by placing an order. The order was then completed awkwardly slow, and anytime she spoke, it was very quick and aggravated sounding. The store is small, not very welcoming and you wouldn't know it was there unless you've been. But, the food is good, and that's what I'm there for. I'll be back.

I went to this Subway because it was convenient and I know that the service there is slow. I left home time enough just for that reason… I had a coupon and was over priced for my food Then the person that was running the register did not even know how to do a refund. Had no manager on site The the bread was was dry and crumbly And on top of all that because it took her so long to make my sandwiches I was late for work They need to close the Hamilton subway down. I will never go there again 😔😔

My name is Monique. I know there's been several complaints on here and on the FB group chat about the Subway in Hamilton Ga. However, we are under new management than the previous years. Out manger, Kristen, is really aiming towards excellence within this Subway Restaurant. Kristen is committed to higher standards for our guest, and our service.
Myself, and my husband, David mostly work night shift until close. I personally invite all of you whose had a bad experience to come back to Subway in Hamilton GA. I can personally guarantee 💯 that you will receive the customer service you all deserve.
I can also personally promise you the store WILL BE open until close @10 pm. If you come in @9:58 pm.... we will serve you with the same service you deserve no matter the time.
We promise to treat each one of our customers the exact same way that we would like to be treated! With respect and Courteous service.

Our manager works her tail off to do everything that is expected of subway and beyond. We look forward to serving all subway customers with the honor and respect they deserve. Food was the usual. Hours are posted that they are open until 10, however we were kicked out for "cleaning" at 7. Conviently, it was after the employee had just finished her break, in the lobby, with a friend. She was incredibly rude.
This location has gone so incredibly downhill it’s sad. Most employees are alright but LILY ? Needs to be fired asap or HEAVILY supervised. She’s extremely rude & on multiple occasions while she was working our orders were messed up or had to be replaced. My husband & I both get off from our jobs late so we USED TO get subway about 30 minutes to an hour before they closed & on several occasions they claim to be out of half of our items, but they’ll have them the very next day ? I’ve been going to this subway almost all my life considering I live very close by. It used to be so much better than this. The sandwiches aren’t even that good anymore, it’s like no one here cares anymore. I can understand wanting to leave and go home but you CHOSE this job, knowing the hours & the customer service behind it. There have been times I’ve placed a mobile order & picked it up right before they closed with no problems. But when Lily’s here, the lobby is closed early ? I know some jobs close the inside early but that has never been the case here, I don’t believe any subways close lobby’s early considering not many of them even have drive thru’s. Management seriously needs to reevaluate her employment here. Based on the other reviews I’ve seen with her name in them & my own personal experiences, she will run this business to the ground all on her own. This is one of the only food places in the general area & it’s just so sad to see how bad it’s gotten. Will be going to the subway in pine mountain from here on out. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to my worst enemy.

Terrible service. The employee, lily, was SO rude to me and my wife. We ordered 2-3 hours before closing and the lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru and she literally kept walking past the window, while looking at us, for 10 minutes. We were the only customer in the parking lot and drive thru. The worst experience ive ever had at any store. She needs to be fired.

Completely rude, they try to close an hour early so theyre “out” of everything. They’re lazy and don’t want to do their job. I don’t care what it should be, you shouldn’t be closing an hour early if your hours are at 10pm. The employees name is Lilly or lily. TERRIBLE attitude. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Closes at 9 pm but we spent several minutes outside beating on the door. The employee that initially heard us ran past the door. The 2nd employee finally came to the door BAREFOOT. It's only 8:10 pm right now as we're having to ride to columbus for our meal.
