I love BR ice cream and frequent this location often with no problems. Always clean and service is not terrible. THE ICE CREAM CAKES ARE TRASH THOUGH. TO WHOMEVER IS CONSIDERING IT DONT DO IT. THE CAKE IS FLAVORLESS, THERE IS NO CRUNCH IN THE MIDDLE. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. GET ONE FROM THE GROCERY STORE INSTEAD.

Service was horrible. I stood there and waited in the store for over 10 min and watch them play around. Then I finally got my order in. This young man put my smoothie to blend and went to some girl playing around.

Excellent customer service, not so great flavored milkshakes. It tastes more like milk than any of the flavors I ordered. This was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake, but I only taste milk.

Horrible customer service and the wait in and outside was terrible. After waiting inside, the line outside was the same before we entered. Just ridiculous. We were making a decent purchase. Too much chattering among the staff. If I could give 0 stars, o would have.
