Based on the experience I received here the few times that I went here the first time was bad so I tried it again and the second time it was pretty good so I said okay tried it one more time after that and the last time it was horrible and this time it even horrible customer service is bad and overcharged not enough on the plate and they don't even attempt to make sure it is correct amount on the plate you can literally take your hand and put four pieces of steak and that's all she did will never come back to this location or any location ever again we'll eat at a real Mexican restaurant from now on and not this fake one

This location LITERALLY never puts all items in my bag, regardless of if it’s a delivery or pickup order. They never put the drinks in the bag. When I order chips and queso, they will either put chips w/ no queso or the queso w/ no chips. When we speak to someone about it, they get defensive and say that they did not make the order. I should not have to stand in nobody’s face for them to give me what I paid for. If they have delivery options and a pickup lane, why should I have to go inside and look in their face to get it right? None of this was happening when the delivery was coming from Fayetteville, like the Hampton location has been messing up since day one and continues to mess up. When I speak to other people about it they have the same complaint about the store and the rude Asian guy who never takes accountability.

Got my food around 10:20 I got home and realized they gave me some really hard and stale chips when I bit into it. Kind of ruined my night considering I paid extra for these chips and didn’t have anything else to eat my food with.

I just left about thirty minutes ago from this chipotle. I arrived inside around 10:26-10:30. The young lady who took my order had a NASTY attitude with me. I’m experienced in the food service industry myself and I get it some
people have a bad night, and when it’s late and you want to go home you’re over it, BUT! It indeed was 10:30. This location stays open until 11. The floors were mopped with from what I saw no wet floor signs, and when she took my order she was just disgustingly rude. “what else!?” anytime i mentioned a topping “next topping!!!”, also she was just throwing my ingredients in the bowl like it was slob and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her to spread the toppings out. And top everything off my food was COLD. not lukewarm-warm, not room temp warm, I mean literally ICE COLD. Which means they most likely shut off the heater for metal pans 30 minutes before closing. That is insane! I hope this location improves in quality and customer service.

Umm, let's start with customer service at this location. IT IS THE WORST! The lady that starts with the protein attitude is horrible! Your tone is everything and if you can not answer a customer's question without having an attitude, you're DEFINITELY in the WRONG business. The serving table should be on a cleaning schedule after so many customers or servings. The young lady that's putting the lids on the containers,needs to change her gloves often and properly secure the lids better. Our sour cream was spilled out the cup, after me telling her the wasn't on correctly, the bag torn as walking in the house and the food was in the driveway! Oh, I can't forget that we waited for 20mins for brown rice. The cashier had a nasty attitude, what is going on with Lovejoy Chipotle employees??!!!!

The first time I went to this particular location, it was around the time that they had just opened that restaurant for business and it was an evening food run so I accepted them being out of essential food items like brown rice, guacamole, and corn

 the food was mediocre but I equated it to them slacking because they were going to close soon (I went around 7pm). I wasn’t impressed. I tried to give it another shot recently for a lunch run. The rice was crunchy (undercooked), the chicken was over seasoned and they sloppily put my food in the bowls until they were leaking out on the sides when the top was on. I’m so over this location. In what world of Chipotle do you have crunchy rice?! I ended up throwing nearly $40 in the garbage. I’m NEVER going back.

After eating the food and made my stomach hurt and sent me directly to the bathroom. Let me know the food was not fresh and may have been contaminated. There was a young lady who had a mouth full of food or candy which was also unsanitary. I should have turned around and walked out the door. I learned my lesson I know next time.
