I don’t want to give one star! I purchased a small Oreo blizzard on 3/18/2025. At the bottom of my receipt I completed the survey to receive a free Dilly bar. I gave the cashier the code to redeem the Dilly Bar she looked at me like I just stepped off Pluto… had the audacity to hold up the line to discuss this valid code that is still within 30 days lol. I drove off because I clearly can afford any type of ice cream sold at this location. If you’re NOT going to honor the code that I paid for stop offering to complete it! Easy fix though I won’t be coming back! Will definitely spread the news about BAD customer service!!

To start with the staff was rude and I couldn't understand them through the speaker. Chalk that up to stress and a bad speaker. More importantly I wanted a burger and was told 11 dollars! For a fast food burger they are out of their minds.

Ice cream treats were GREAT OF COURSE, but service was a bit slow because the employee running the front counter was ALSO making some of the food items; doing double duty. I don't blame the employee, but the management.

My son enjoyed his food. There was a problem with the drive thru receiving mic, had to repeatedly give my order. There is a very annoying street light blinking that needs to be serviced near the drive-thru window. I Was waiting for about 8 minutes, and the malfunctioning light made it very unpleasant.

The lady who took our order for 2 items apparently doesn't understand English very well. I literally had to give her the order 3 times, and then she handed us our ice cream but no receipt so I just sat there she finally came back and said "What do you need?" and then it took her several minutes to go and get me my credit card receipt.

Stopped here tonight and grabbed a blizzard; the blizzard was runny being that it was made while the line was long I know that it was at least four cars in front of me being that I sat at the speaker box/menu after I ordered waiting for cars to pull up. Received my blizzard with the lid on which I should’ve knew that something was off. I asked was the size that I was being given was a medium being that the cup looked small and I was simply replied to yea that’s a medium and she walked away. So to spend $7 on a melted medium blizzard from a rude employee is distasteful and I won’t be returning.

Not sure why at this location the bundle meal is $8 instead of $7 like the other locations. I went thru the drive-through, the attendant was fast and actually turned my blizzard upside down.
