So I went here to purchase a orange Creamsicle shake, and when I got to the window and I got the cream sickle shake, it was full of a whole bunch of brown stuff and I asked the girl what the stuff is and she told me she didn’t know I will never go here again clearly they don’t clean the machines

I had a coupon that clearly said it was valid for any Blizzard. I ordered a Royal Blizzard, but when I got to the window, they told me the coupon couldn’t be used. I asked why, since the fine print didn’t list any exclusions, and the only explanation I was given was “my manager said.”

I don’t mind if certain items are excluded, but that should be clearly stated on the coupon so customers aren’t misled. Instead, I left feeling like the offer was not honored fairly. To make matters worse, the Blizzard was also made wrong. Hopefully management will clarify the policy so future customers don’t have the same frustrating experience. This is also the third time I’ve gotten this Blizzard and there’s been some nut product in it, even though it wasn’t supposed to have any.

WORST LOCATION EVER! Don’t waste your time or money. The attitudes, customer service, and rushing to order is ridiculous! There’s no “Hey how are you? Welcome to DQ, I’ll take your order whenever you’re ready.” No enthusiasm, no welcoming vibes. Just stank attitudes, and a ton of bs.. “Is that all, is that all, is that all?” Like dang, LISTEN, and I’ll tell you if that’s all. The manager isn’t any better. She act like she don’t understand English. Her attitude stinks. They hire anybody. They make sloppy blizzards and shakes. It’s dirty inside, the place needs a deep cleaning. Do better!

Can definitely say... worst DQ I have ever been to! Only reason it got 2 stars because ice cream was good. But the customer service (to include the manager) and the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom were bad!!! Definitely choose another DQ in the future. It smelled like it looked.

Horrible experience there today. Order a blizzard and a milkshake, the young girl proceeded to make the guy who placed his order after me, order first. Afterwards she made the milkshake which only takes a minute to make first before the blizzard which takes a while especially when she keeps stopping to do other things, by the time I got home my child's milkshake had basically become melted ice cream. I won't be using this dairy Queen anymore.

They were rude and disrespectful!
And they can’t HEAR RIGHT cause they gave me a sprite and I never ordered a drink !
They took forever to give us our food.
The girls rolled their eyes at us and were rude and disrespectful.
And then we order medium fries and they took forever and gave it to the wrong car and we went inside and that’s when they gave us attitude and gave us small fries after 2 hours of waiting for JUST SOME FRIES THAT WASNT EVEN RIGHT.!

DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL!!!!

I don’t want to give one star! I purchased a small Oreo blizzard on 3/18/2025. At the bottom of my receipt I completed the survey to receive a free Dilly bar. I gave the cashier the code to redeem the Dilly Bar she looked at me like I just stepped off Pluto… had the audacity to hold up the line to discuss this valid code that is still within 30 days lol. I drove off because I clearly can afford any type of ice cream sold at this location. If you’re NOT going to honor the code that I paid for stop offering to complete it! Easy fix though I won’t be coming back! Will definitely spread the news about BAD customer service!!

To start with the staff was rude and I couldn't understand them through the speaker. Chalk that up to stress and a bad speaker. More importantly I wanted a burger and was told 11 dollars! For a fast food burger they are out of their minds.
