On 7/31/2025 I place an online order for delivery. Once the order was delivered, one of the pizzas was incorrect. I called the store location #4114 Tara Blvd and spoke with the manager/AM (Khalil) he never apologized for the inconvenience instead he placed me on an eternal hold. I called back 2 times and the same thing happened. My husband and I went to the store to return the pizza and get the correct one and he totally ignored us. After trying to communicate with him he finally said the pizza was in the oven and should be out soon. Once out it was still incorrect. We ordered extra pepperoni. He came over to the box counted the pepperoni closed it and put a few in a silver tin back in the oven. Once ready his assistant (Twin) came over and tried to put them in the box without gloves. I asked him about it and he went and got tongs to place the extra pepperoni on the pizza. This was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior for a AM/Manager. So disappointed. Never apologized or offered a better solution to our issue. Why place an online order for delivery if I had to come and pick it up. They charged a service fee for delivery and we still came to the store, waited 30minutes for the pepperoni pizza to complete baking and then another 15 minutes for them to make extra Pepperoni. So disappointed. Until they get more help or better management we will not be going here again. I suggest you all do the same especially if you don’t want to be disappointed as we were.

I ordered from here a few days ago and got a stuffed Parmesan crusted pizza. There wasn’t a trace of Parmesan and the pizza looked rushed. Then I ordered the garlic knots and they were as hard as a rock! Never again!

I pray dominos sees this and takes this as a sign of reckoning. Your stores are falling apart. Everywhere in south atlanta do you find stores with 3-4 workers inside (1-2) are actually cooking and trying to catch up while all the other 1-2 are taking complaints after complaints over and over because these stores are simply run and staffed very poorly. Your workers go home every night and thank the heavens they didnt crash out. I've seen places that get overwhelmed or have a short staff. But this is not that. This can all be avoided and stopped with simple action. But hey im just the consumer that wants a medium pizza (in under 2 hours) :(

Please do not buy from this store It's always horrible when you order online 😡 They arrive very late, the last time I ordered online it didn't arrive and it took almost a week of calling to get my money back, apart from that, when I visited the store I could see that they don't use gloves to prepare food and they are very dirty, I won't buy from them again.

Pizza under cooked called back several times that same night to let them know and no one answered the phone. The next day they tell me to bring them back so they can remake them. 🙄 we don't want it now. They should have just give me a rain check for a later date. Do better Domino's!!!!

There was an issue with delivery, I guess they were short drivers tonight. But I drove up there and they remade my order with no hassle and sent me off with FRESH pizza. Gotta give credit where it's due, keep up the great work!

If i could rate this a -0 i would !!! they made me wait 3 hours just to tell me my order was cancelled! everytime i called they told me i was up next and the driver was on the way just for no one to be on the way the whole time. then told me to come pick it up and they will void the payment and take off delivery fee and i repay but the money i paid with won't come back until 2/3 days ??? whole place just need to shut down & the staff is unstaffed and unprofessional! and also rude ! when was suppose to be checking on my order put me on hold & hung up the phone . CLOSE down this location ASAP
If I could give zero stars I would. This location needs to be shut down. They offer bad food and terrible customer service. They always use the same excuse they are understaffed. Then when you call back after waiting over an hour they don't answer the phone. I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut or papa John's. They make the whole franchise look like a JOKE!!!

We ordered a delivery and waited for almost 2 hours before they actually canceled. I tried reaching out to the store multiple times within the time the order was completed to the time they finally canceled the order and there was placed on Automatic hold each time for 10+ minutes. I understand that things happen, but communicate with your customers. Do better.

Let me first say it took 45 minutes to an hour to get my 20 min pizza, The staff was very apoplectic. It was truly a hectic day, back orders 3 people working til 8, then 2 people. Through all that kaos, the staff remained pleasant and professional even when they didn't realize someone was looking.

Ordered at 8:45. Received wrong order at 9:45 with a promise to return in 10 minutes (I didn’t take that literally). Called the store at 10:35 to see if they were still coming. Placed on hold 10 minutes. I hung up and called back - no one would pick up (7 minutes). I hung up and called back again at 10:53. Someone picked up and hung up immediately without saying a word. I called back and held another 8 minutes then gave up. I think they have toddlers in charge there.
