Please do not buy from this store It's always horrible when you order online 😡 They arrive very late, the last time I ordered online it didn't arrive and it took almost a week of calling to get my money back, apart from that, when I visited the store I could see that they don't use gloves to prepare food and they are very dirty, I won't buy from them again.

Pizza under cooked called back several times that same night to let them know and no one answered the phone. The next day they tell me to bring them back so they can remake them. 🙄 we don't want it now. They should have just give me a rain check for a later date. Do better Domino's!!!!

There was an issue with delivery, I guess they were short drivers tonight. But I drove up there and they remade my order with no hassle and sent me off with FRESH pizza. Gotta give credit where it's due, keep up the great work!

If i could rate this a -0 i would !!! they made me wait 3 hours just to tell me my order was cancelled! everytime i called they told me i was up next and the driver was on the way just for no one to be on the way the whole time. then told me to come pick it up and they will void the payment and take off delivery fee and i repay but the money i paid with won't come back until 2/3 days ??? whole place just need to shut down & the staff is unstaffed and unprofessional! and also rude ! when was suppose to be checking on my order put me on hold & hung up the phone . CLOSE down this location ASAP

If I could give zero stars I would. This location needs to be shut down. They offer bad food and terrible customer service. They always use the same excuse they are understaffed. Then when you call back after waiting over an hour they don't answer the phone. I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut or papa John's. They make the whole franchise look like a JOKE!!!

We ordered a delivery and waited for almost 2 hours before they actually canceled. I tried reaching out to the store multiple times within the time the order was completed to the time they finally canceled the order and there was placed on Automatic hold each time for 10+ minutes. I understand that things happen, but communicate with your customers. Do better.

Let me first say it took 45 minutes to an hour to get my 20 min pizza, The staff was very apoplectic. It was truly a hectic day, back orders 3 people working til 8, then 2 people. Through all that kaos, the staff remained pleasant and professional even when they didn't realize someone was looking.

Ordered at 8:45. Received wrong order at 9:45 with a promise to return in 10 minutes (I didn’t take that literally). Called the store at 10:35 to see if they were still coming. Placed on hold 10 minutes. I hung up and called back - no one would pick up (7 minutes). I hung up and called back again at 10:53. Someone picked up and hung up immediately without saying a word. I called back and held another 8 minutes then gave up. I think they have toddlers in charge there.

I didn’t like the taste too much and this was definitely not a New York style pizza. It was cold, and some of the crust was burnt.🥵 the slices were not New York size. I will never 👎 order this pizza again.

11/21/2024 at about 5:30 I placed a order it gets here I try to pay with my 20 my order was like 16 bucks why did the driver try to not give me my change and his response when I ask was that he don't have it I'm like I need my change he tells me he just don't have it and not trying to get it for me I said you can't go get change he has the 20 I need the food back if I get you change
Really he trying to extort me for my money like this is crazy to me

Unprofessional ordered a pan pizza and cheesy bread a couple of weeks ago the manager Marcus delivered the food to my house himself and forgot the cheesy bread after I waited for 90 minutes for the food to be delivered. The night he delivered he was very apologetic for the delay and for forgetting the cheesy bread. Had to call up there several times and he was never there. I called today and he was a bit rude stating he didn’t remember. He hung up on me in the midst of the conversation. Very unprofessional

The food was poor quality pizza I have never had pizza that was over cooked and burnt. To make matters worse the General manager Marcus was very rude and sarcastic when I came into the store this type of leadership in a store is why you have bad workers. Will never order from Dominos again
