I didn’t like the taste too much and this was definitely not a New York style pizza. It was cold, and some of the crust was burnt.🥵 the slices were not New York size. I will never 👎 order this pizza again.

11/21/2024 at about 5:30 I placed a order it gets here I try to pay with my 20 my order was like 16 bucks why did the driver try to not give me my change and his response when I ask was that he don't have it I'm like I need my change he tells me he just don't have it and not trying to get it for me I said you can't go get change he has the 20 I need the food back if I get you change
Really he trying to extort me for my money like this is crazy to me

Unprofessional ordered a pan pizza and cheesy bread a couple of weeks ago the manager Marcus delivered the food to my house himself and forgot the cheesy bread after I waited for 90 minutes for the food to be delivered. The night he delivered he was very apologetic for the delay and for forgetting the cheesy bread. Had to call up there several times and he was never there. I called today and he was a bit rude stating he didn’t remember. He hung up on me in the midst of the conversation. Very unprofessional

The food was poor quality pizza I have never had pizza that was over cooked and burnt. To make matters worse the General manager Marcus was very rude and sarcastic when I came into the store this type of leadership in a store is why you have bad workers. Will never order from Dominos again

My order of Just 3 boxes of pizza took over one hour and the employees seem very confused, didn’t know what they were doing. Gave me a wrong order on top of that. Get someone who understands English to take the orders. NEVER going there again.

We had food delivered last night when we received it was room temperature picture attached is of one of the pizzas we ordered extra cheese paid $25 not including tip call back was informed by the manager that I have to send a picture to 1-800 Domino's which tried to do that would not go through when I asked for us to at least get a remade pizza was informed they're not remaking pizzas at this time that I just have to go through the process as through their online system that they would more than compensate us. that is not acceptable for food establishment must Less customer service from someone who has worked in restaurant business 30 years Domino's you need to do better and I'm waiting to hear from the district manager and the manager at the store that was on shift last night July 2nd needs to be retrained

So today I am sitting down waiting on my pizza. And I literally see a girl verbally assaulting another employee. I would say what curse words she used but she called him everything in the book. Just nasty and disgusting women. Bad for business I normally have my order delivered, will continue to do so. I felt uncomfortable after her tirade. Probably won’t eat here again just because of this experience.

1st time ordering from here and my Philly steak sandwich was burnt and hard, I called and they said there was nothing they can do, wth,,, never ordering from them ever again

If I could leave a review with less than 0, I would. Two specific incidences of receiving subpar food when I went to pick up the order. Employees are either noncommunicative, unhelpful, or simply for a lack of a better description children that seem to have no particular guidance or leadership. Level two as she stated shift manager told me I need to request to have the pizza double cooked and Apparently in order for it to be edible and not doughy. I can almost guarantee 95% of the people that pick up a pizza and bringing it home, end up baking it themselves. Which I was not able to do at that time. Not to mention that I just ordered light cheese and it was not light cheese. The employee that I encountered, shared a three second staring contest when I presented the issue. With no solution. When I offered a solution of re-cooking it. I was told something about putting cheese on “ both sides “as an explanation and that’s why it wasn’t cooked. Customer Service does not have to be to the level of say most Chick-fil-A’s ( for store in fast food categories ) but subpar food, a lack of training (service and food prep) , as well as basic communication should not be the hallmark of a national chain.

Dominos pizza has dramatically improved in the last 10 + years. It is consistently one of the best pizza restaurants that I frequent. I love the conveniently situated locations, and the speed of service. Not only is the service speedy, the ordered are also very accurate. The coupons are very useful, including the $7.99 deal that you can get for multiple carry out items on the menu. The only problem I have is that my new address cannot receive delivery, even though the restaurant is right across the street from my house. This is probably due to my address being newly developed, resulting in issues with the system routing to the proper location.

Parking: Minimal, but I can usually find a spot with no problem
