The food is ok not the greatest in consistent flavor as Caribbean restaurant. They do give you alot of food on your order.

THANKS TO ZIYYAH, FOR HER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... SHE HELPED ME PIECE TOGETHER A GREAT LUNCH... IT WAS GREAT... THE BROWN STEW CHICKEN FELL OFF THE BONE... THE GREENS HAD A NICE AMOUNT OF SEASONING... THE YAMS WERE GOOD AND NOT TOOO SWEET... AND THE PLANTAINS WERE GOOD JUST RIGHT... OH, AND THE ROCK CAKE IS ON POINT... MY FIRST HAVING IT... THE RESTAURANT IS LAID OUT NICELY... IT WAS AN IMPROMPTU VISIT, AND I'M GLAD I MADE THE STOP... I'LL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK FOR MORE...

yall i almost chewed this plate up. this is so good! the cabbage is some of the best jamaican cabbage i’ve had. the only thing i can say is i wish the oxtails were a little less fatty but other than that yall this meal is worth the price and it’s also a lot of food, probably enough to feed 2 people tbh. def will be coming back

The lady fixing the food is very rude. If you having a bad day don't come to work. Extremely unpleasant, rolling her eyes at customers is very unprofessional.

The lady is simply rude. With the accent. Didn’t get her name but I’ve been here twice and she was rude both times!

I stopped by on my lunch break because I’d been craving some mac and cheese. When I arrived, there was only a small portion left, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I asked if I could have a fresh batch made, but the server told me no — that I would have to take what was left.

I also ordered chicken, which was dry and tasted old, and the spinach patty was so tough I couldn’t even bite into it. I spent over $20 and wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy supporting local businesses in my community, but this visit was a letdown.

The restaurant was very dark. It was like they didn't have the lights on. The service was horrible! The lady fixing the food had an attitude like me not understanding her accent was getting on her nerves. On top of the the food was mid. I won't go back even if someone was buying it for me.

Update: The food is no longer delicious. The curry chicken tasted off, not perfectly seasoned like it usually is. It had a strange/odd added flavor. The plantains were cooked in grease that tasted weeks old. What a health scare and huge disappointment. I called the store to kindly let them know, but my call was blocked. Therefore, I am leaving this review so hopefully they will read it and at least change the oil so others won't have the same unfortunate experience.

Congratulations you have had 100% terrible service for all the years I have visited. The most recent was my asking for a receipt and the cashier turning the terminal around for me to take a picture. She was so busy being nonchalant and trying to get back to the table conversation she was having with the other employees that she rushed through the transaction not noticing I hit the prompt for a printout. No one was up to serve when I entered and seem inconvenienced when they did. Cut it out!!!! If you don’t want to provide good customer service stay home!!!!! There is competition opening two buildings down. No position is secure in the new economy.

Maybe I had a bad experience.. but our food wasn’t good. Oxtails, very bland and dry. No sides available ( store wasn’t closing for 2 hours). Rice was stale, goat was also dry. I heard positive so wanted to give this place a try… but very disappointed
