If you have all the time in the world, this is a great place. Was seated and then waited 15 min and was never talked to or served. 4 servers standing around looking lost. Walked out and they didn't even notice.

Everyone was very nice, but the food was cold. I asked for scrambled eggs and received fried eggs, my cup for my coffee was dirty it had lipstick on it and my utensils were dirty (the back of spoon had dried on food). I will rethink visiting this location. But the staff were nice though.

I wasn't sure how to rate. Our first experience was exceptional. Excellent service, food portion and quality. Our second visit was completely different. Everyone very friendly but waited on food a long time. Order was wrong and when remade was still not right. The other person in my party had cold food..probably due to waiting on the rest of the meal. Our server may have been slightly new but not sure.

The waitress seated us in approximately 30 minutes, took our order, and served us in approximately 40 minutes, but what bothered us was that they gave us plastic eating utensils. We politely asked the waitress for silverware 2 times and she decided to bring us plastic ones for the secondtime. I understand this for children, but for adults, it shows a lack of service and respect, since we had visited this place many times and they always gave us silverware, we found this act rude. This problem had never happened to us before. Oh and everyone else had silverware even the kids, This breakfast was for father's day 🫠🫠We were not welcome here , we won't be returning. I imagine they have a hard time washing their utensils.
The manager Mr. hudson us great! I was passing through to celebrate my gramas birthday and he was so kind and helpful with everything! Was quick, funny and so kind:)

The food is decent but the quantity is very small. If you get the biscuits and gravy. This is all the gravy they give you for the larger biscuit that it comes with.

The hostess was trash like you choose the service industry but you can't wipe off nasty tables before sitting the next group. Our server was a delight she helped with everything without any hesitation. I ordered the Biscoff cookie butter pancakes. They were dry but that pecan syrup made everything better. Keeping in mind that nothing ever looks like the pictures the pancakes were good with a minor adjustment. My family was somewhat satisfied my aunt ordered sautéed veggies in her grits and she requested they be cooked in butter and garlic seasoning needles to say young people who have that idgaf energy don't cook food with love/care/feeling like make the food how you would want to eat it don't just throw garbage put the windows and feel good about it. My cousin ordered cupcake pancakes; she doesn't know what to get when she's out because she didn't eat them she just wanted the taste in her mouth. Those pancakes are also not the best for an international house of pancakes to represent them so proudly. Overall I only go if family wants to eat there I would eat at a public buffet before stepping foot in an IHOP again.
