This was a wild experience. we ordered our food and waited 45 min for a hour for it to get finished! then when we said something they brought our food out not even 5 minutes after which means that the food was just sitting there. half of it was cold, the steak was overcooked. the waitress clearly need a new job because she didn't care to check in or update us about the food. we literally only paid because we were starving at that point and just wanted to get out. would not recommend- find y'all somewhere else to eat.

Slowest service on earth. Ignored by cashier when picking up my Togo order. Finally told they were bagging it now. 17 minutes later, AFTER a 12 minute wait to even be told about them bagging my order. Just ridiculous.

Tried to do a call-in order and the very words that comes out of their mouths is are you paying over the phone or in the store. So I put my order in just for her to take my order and she proceeded to repeat my order gave me a total just to tell me I can not place your order if you want to pay in store...PISSED ME OFF because why you ask me and take my order to tell me I had to pay over the phone!....Just to make sure i called back a male answered but I thought it was a robot I was talking too(lol) but anyways just like female did he did the same thing.So i asked him could I do it al-la-cart because getting the French Toast combo was going to be a lot for. He proceeded to run me the price it would be. Now keep in mind the total for the French Combo was $13.81..With him doing it al-la-cart he says the French toast alone would be $10.99 alone ( ain't no way like GTFOH...Turkey bacon he say $3 and some change...Eggs would also be $3 and some change so yeah it would cheaper to get the combo and he continues to say we'll I'm trying to save you some money and I appreciate that. And I told him either I'm saving because I'm not going to eat all of that food that most of it would be going in trash. I'm a Google gal so what did I do "yes" I went on line and saw $7.99 for original French toast...All I could do was "WOW OH WOW"!

Our waitress was a young expecting Mom to be. It's rare to get excellent service from the younger generation. Ms Daisha, exceeded my expectations, reminded me of the older day. She enjoys what she does. Tip her well, my friends if you happens to visit this business in Lovejoy.
