Christmas I ordered my food at an ihop location in Georgia. I waited 2 hours for my 2 Pancakes and 2 eggs while the store was so busy, workers had to decline orders and tables due to corporate and their inability to plan to accommodate the holiday KNOWING that you can project with analytics that you would be the only restaurant open in town. I have NEVER seen people to calm and proactive under pressure! I am so thankful that they helped me to stay calm as well, get my food and still able to enjoy my holiday. They are the ONLY reason I am giving a five Star(and the food is great at this location bus still…) Alexia, Madison, Zaniyah and Alani at the 11473 Tara Blvd, Hampton GA…. THANK YOU for your patience, your proactive-ness and your ability to stay calm, collected and patient during this time. I would like to commend them because “I” would not have been so happy to see that my company is prioritizing 3rd party orders over the success of staff… their composure is what kept me “happy” in that moment of waiting so long.

The store ain't even busy and we barely get ANY service. My husband ordered a burger with specifically NO tomato and they put it on there anyway. Everything was over greased. My 'sweet' tea was not sweet AT ALL! Had to wait for the country gravy to be dethawed for an extra amount of time we spent along with the 15-20 minutes we waited just to get our food. Truly pathetic if you ask me. Never coming back here and would suggest everyone to stay away too.

I visited the restaurant early today. We were greeted, seated and served by the server Charmaine. Charmaine was very pleasant. She paid attention to the details of our order. Our food was served in good timing. It was hot and delicious. The dining room was very clean as well. We will definitely be visiting IHOP Hampton again soon!!!!!! I also spoke with the manager Latoya and she also was very pleasant!!!!!

Arrive at this location yesterday. We were seated by a hostess. The hostess told us our server will be at our table shortly. We sat there for twenty minutes no server came to place our order for neither beverages nor meals. There were alot of workers there at that time and also very few patrons so we should have been served in a timely manner.

When I say everything was disgusting, except for the sausage links. The blueberry pancakes were gooey flat and no flavor. The eggs were runny and not good. I really just wanted to get my money back, but I decided to pay and decided i’m just not going come back to this location. Hampton Ga location do better.

The staff is awesome 👌 They all show excellent teamwork. The manager even step in to help the workers. They will always keep the customers happy 😊 I am really so satisfied with this Ihop location.
Hot chocolate came out much sooner then food. When we did get food it was cold eggs,toast was hard bacon was greasy. Do not eat here unless you have plenty of time took 1 hr to get cold food. The only plus was our server Tameka was awesome it seemed like she was only one doing anything!
