Kept over charging me for my food and kept giving me a different price other than what the coupon said!

Terrible experience at this KFC. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and the line didn’t move there were only two cars ahead of me. I went inside instead, but no one greeted me. Four different employees came to the register and walked off without saying a word. Even the staff on the food line ignored me.

After waiting, I asked, “Are you all open?” One employee glanced over and said, “They coming,” then walked away. Myself and four other customers ended up leaving together. No one acknowledged us.

Extremely disappointing. Customer service has gone downhill, and this location is no exception. I won’t be returning.

The food at this spot is horrible! I remember when it was good when I first moved here but yesterday was ridiculous! I swear everyone was on their phones or hiding. The restaurant was empty and the chicken was old and cold. Thank you because now I know to NEVER come to this location AGAIN! I would give a NEGATIVE five stars if I could!

Came thru the drive thru and ordered a 8 piece. Was told there was no more chicken get a refund even though I pre ordered it online. Then all of a sudden they tell me they had an 8 piece available but it was both crispy and original. That was fine so I took it and ended up in the hospital with food poisoning….couldn’t even hold water for 2 days. Mind you this chicken was the only thing I’d eaten that day.

Every time I come here they do not have Chicken Pot Pies.. I can come at 12 noon, 3 pm, or 7 pm they are always out.. they never have what you need and all of the employees are walking around on their phones. I stood at the front counter for 3 minutes for an employee to come and take my order he slowly came to the register, he didn’t speak he just stood there, looking. The customer service here is awful and it takes forever to get your food even when the restaurant is empty. They need to hire better help these kids do not want to work in this establishment.

It’s sad that they open up at 10:30 and don’t have any chicken ready was told 11:00 the last time I can I paid almost $10 for a 3 piece meal as for a breast , thigh and a wing got home and it was a leg and two thighs

I arrived at this location’s drive thru around 11:45pm and was told that they weren’t taking anymore orders after driving specifically to this location due to the closing hour being listed on the website and Google for 12am. I’m not too thrilled about coming to this location ever again! If you have to work til midnight, then do that! Do not use your last fifteen minutes to clean and do the things that you were supposed to do while taking orders. Such an inconvenience and I am pissed. Should’ve drove all the way to the Riverdale location. They at least would’ve took my order!

The service was perfect and the young lady with the nice nails took care of my order. It was late and she was in grate spirit. I really appreciate the team there. I never got her name, but she wears glasses and she has nice nails.

As it can be seen on the receipt, I ordered the big box, I got someone else's food. This was a waste of time being that they got the order wrong to begin with and gave us the wrong food. Exchanged it for what was supposed to be the right food but it wasn't ! I ordered mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I got 3 pieces of refried chicken and cold fries. This is horrible. Ruined my whole experience. Thanks KFC! Not once but TWICE. Ridiculous.

The KFC located at 11375 service is horrible. The cashier doesn't know how to give you the correct change back. The food was not prepared right and left off meat on both quesadillas. Sloppy quesadillas and wasn't good service at all. I will not patronize this establishment again. I recommend other customers to go elsewhere. The workers are in a hurry to do nothing, but mess up an order. This is an occurrence that happens quite often at this establishment. The food is no good.

Customer service ass TEACH THE KIDS HOW TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE that’s the easiest part … full of kids ran by kids ALL KIDS … order ALWAYS wrong They will pull you up and still get the order wrong .. and get mad cause THEY got the order wrong
