Customer service ass TEACH THE KIDS HOW TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE that’s the easiest part … full of kids ran by kids ALL KIDS … order ALWAYS wrong They will pull you up and still get the order wrong .. and get mad cause THEY got the order wrong

This is the worst I’ve ever seen I normally don’t take the tire the door review because I know it’s really not worth it. The food was horrible. The cashier was rude. She didn’t even ask me what my side order was and it took almost 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge me in the restaurant I just wanna know is this a we come to is this what society has come to, believe that people don’t like to deal with people they need to stay home stop trying to work at these places. If you don’t wanna communicate is it a young thing? Is it an old thing? What is it that Kentucky fried chicken should be?

This store has to be the worst customer service ever. The store GM Lisa Gilmore was very rude to me and my partner wouldn't replace our food, it was old and wouldn't give us a refund. Her attitude toward other customers in the drive thru was rude as well they end up coming in also and had words with lisa. I don't see how you could put someone in Management with her attitude and disrespect she shouldn't be I end up calling the police as long as she's there I won't be visiting ever makes me not want KFC ever

On Wednesday evening I had the worst experience with a KFC ever in my life. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and witnessed multiple customers leave the drive thru. Paid for my order and asked for a receipt and did not receive my receipt. I was told to pull to the nearest entrance where I waited for another 10 to 15 minutes for my paid order. Took my order home to feed my family until I realized the biscuits the KFC employees served me were still dough! I checked the chicken and pulled the skin back and there was uncooked flour still under the skin. The chicken was full of grease and flour was at the bottom of the bucket of chicken. I immediately called the restaurant location about my issues and was told I could receive a refund. I drove back to the restaurant and the employees all stood and looked at me as if I was wrong about receiving an undercooked meal that I had received. A young lady at the register pointed to a sign saying no refunds! I called corporate to make a complaint and will await their response. End of the story I had high regards for KFC being as a high school student I worked for the restaurant! My manager always made sure we provided a quality and respectful service to customers. Serving undercooked food to customers is not the way you build quality customer service. I would not recommend any one go to this location. I normally do not do reviews but this was the most horrible experience at a KFC I have ever experienced in my life! P.S in order for my family to eat the purchased meal I had to put it in my oven at home and recook it!
