I went there this evening around 5ish and was told it would be a 8-10 min wait on chicken i say okay and pull forward. Almost 25 mins go by and i realize there are over 6 cars waiting for food as well. Finally go inside to get the food go home and eat. I finished eating around 6ish almost 7. It is now 11pm | am writing this to say i just PROJECTILE vommitted everywhere. Thanks for the food poisoning:)

But they will stop cooking 11 PM itself⦠I donāt know why they say shop opens until 12 AM.. There is no option for Negative Stars āļø. If it is so I will give -5 stars ā¦

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location on Christmas Eve.
I placed a large order through the drive-through for my workplace and was told to pull forward because the food was not ready. After waiting in my car for approximately 30 minutes, I realized I had not been given a receipt, so I went inside the restaurant to address the issue.
Once inside, I experienced extremely poor customer service. I waited an additional 30 minutes with little to no acknowledgment from staff. When I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager available. An older ethnic African-American woman who was the supervisor on shift, refused to give me her name, refuse to assist the situation and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. I then requested a copy of my receipt for the order I had just paid for, but staff stated they did not know how to reprint receipts and were unable to assist.
By this point, I had been at the restaurant for over an hour. The food was overly cooked, and I left without proof of purchase, which was especially concerning since the payment was made using a company card.
I contacted corporate on two separate occasions regarding this experience and have not received a response. Due to the lack of customer service, organization, and accountability, I will not be returning to this location.

I go there this morning to get lunch for m3 and 3 coworkers. I got there at 10:35am. Doors locked. Drive thru unresponsive. I knock on the door, drive thru. No answer. I blew my horn. No answer. I look thru the window and see them walking around in the kitchen area, ignoring me. I knock on the window. The mngr sees m3 knocking them comes to the door, while calling the police (recording me). I ask him why. He says hes trespassing me. KFC SHOULD LOOK AT MANAGEMENT AND MOVE ACCORDINGLY.
Unable to understand person taking orders. Sent back the fries. They had way too much seasoning and were barely warm.

The worst experience Iāve ever had at a KFC. Food was horrible. Supposed to get a chicken sandwich not edible. Bun hard hard hard. Chicken mushy and old and potato wedges colder and harder than any Iāve ever had. Will not be back.

I came through the drive thru at 11:20pm. It says that they close at Midnight on the speaker box⦠the male worker proceeded to tell me that they were closed. Smh!!! Lazy bums⦠so disappointed.

I tried the spicy wings and potato wedges. The wedges were burnt the chicken was horrible. I ate 2 out of 6 and got sick to my stomach. I threw the rest along with the wedges in the trash. Now I know why I stopped eating at KFC. Food was nasty.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. Potatoes and gravy were hard on the bottom I had to throw them away. Where's KFC I have ever been at.

This was actually aKFC/ TACO bell in Lovejoy, GA.i don't eat KFC so I ordered Taco Bell. The guy at the drive thru was rude, he would repeat his question while I was in mid sentence trying to answer. No napkins. I asked for no sour cream and still got it. And all the taco shells were incredibly stale.

I went through the drive thru, waited for someone to come over the speaker. I was about to pull up to the window when someone said thank you for waiting. I will be with you in just a minute. They helped the three cars in front of me (they paid, waited for their own food and drove off) before coming back on the speaker to take my order. When we pull up to the second window, they had to struggle with the window to open it because it kept getting stuck and had to rattle it open. Then waited for food. The girl that gave us our food was nice and had a smile on her face.
