Not sure why I continue to come here! Service is trash! Only words exchanged with my drive thru experience, because I could not enter the lobby during posted business hours (lobby open until 10:00 PM, my time 9:31 PM) was $42.23. Nothing else! Posted ratings is a 92. I will surely inconvenience myself and drive elsewhere next time!

What a terrible spot, drive thru has to be one of the slowest in the area and that saying a lot if you know. Food is subpar, is almost like they don’t mind if you’re a one and done customer.

Service suck! Being polite. People on their phones none stop. Acting like they don't want to work. Played so much they didnt even know anyone's order up front and drive through. Staff don't have an once of professionalism in them. Young kid workers make it hard to come back. Wait times are just crazy

Terrible location. The children there have no respect or Customer Service. One of the little girls threatened to do something to my Food because I complain about the wait time. Do not go here. It needs to be shut down! Do not eat here!

Today at approximately 2:5 PM I visited this location and received the worst customer service possible. The drive through line had approximately 7-8 vehicle when I arrived so I opted to go into the lobby to place my order. Upon entry I saw a couple of people exiting through the other door, opposite of where I had entered and a family of 5 seated at a table without any food. As I stood at the counter I witnessed a female working the drive through window and a male assisting her receiving orders from the drive through as well. After standing for a while I stated “Excuse me”, and the female turned to finally acknowledge my presence at the counter. I told her I only wanted to purchase a large Cole slaw, she repeated my request to the male employee who told the female that I would have to go get in the drive through line and that no orders were being taken inside because the inside was closed. I told her if that were the case then they should place signs on the doors and lock the doors because this wasn’t good customer service. She uttered something in reply that was not understandable as I exited the location. I was already concerned with the inadequate use of gloves in a food service environment. I observed both employee wearing rubber gloves operating the cash registers, opening the sliding glass door for the drive through while also distributing food items. It is my strong belief that additional training for these employees be given especially in the proper distribution and handling of food items and proper customer service.

Hello,

I recently ordered three Chicken Pop Pie from KFC, and the quality was unacceptable. The chicken was:
•Dried out and overcooked
•Burnt, and appeared like it had been sitting for a long time
•Clearly not fresh or safe to eat

I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but nobody answered. This level of service (or lack thereof) is extremely frustrating. Customers deserve freshly cooked food and accessible communication.

Please have someone reach out to me regarding this matter, and consider compensation. I expect better quality and customer care.

They already didn’t have the chicken I wanted and waited until I was pulled up to tell me but THEN once I got home and started eating the CHICKEN that I didn’t order (the one I had to settle for which was the original) there was a piece of hair under the breading and I didn’t realize until I had ate some of it already🤢. It was a straight black piece of hair (I have pictures )
