I ordered 2 pizzas and crazy bread. None of it was cooked. The dough is raw, and I asked for crispy...

I waited 35 minutes for a classic pepperoni and a crazy combo. While waiting, I noticed the FOH staff eating & not washing hands then going back and helping with the food… I should’ve known right there to ask for a refund but due to my toddler wanting pizza I decided to still give it a try. BAD DECISION we got food poisoning & not to mention the pizza wasn’t even hot even after waiting all that time. Truly disappointed won’t ever come back.

I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars location. Our pizza had a piece of paper inside the dough, and the cheese was absolutely disgusting. We went back to complain, and what we saw in the kitchen was shocking — employees were dancing, playing around, and showing no hygiene at all. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.

To make it worse, the manager wasn’t there, so they said they couldn’t give us a refund. They told me to call the next day, and when I did, the manager was still not available. What kind of management is that? I had to call the general customer service number just to see if I can get a solution.

I won’t be coming back.

Little Caesars never misses with the pizza, but the staff was very unorganized. There were individuals in there that had been waiting for 20 minutes for hot and ready items. I’m not saying I will never go back, but they really need to work on that with their staff.

No longer offer individual packs of parmesan cheese. Overall, still excellent.

Well... what can I say. When Little Ceasars pizzas were five bucks, you could ignore the extra toasty blackened cheese, even if there was little to no cheese and lack luster sauce. It was discounted and made an ok quick snack, or inexpensive 'don't-feel-like-cooking' quick meal. But, even at $8-$9, it wasn't worth the cost or waiting amid negative energy from disgruntled patrons and unhappy workers. This is unfortunate because I do remember a time many years ago when even their $5 pizza was pretty good for a quick bite.

All I can say is if you want your food free pay with cash. I'm so surprised those kids working there haven't been fired from the cash drawer being short. They absolutely can't count money. You pay with a ten dollar bill you're going to get eleven dollars change. You pay with a twenty, and your food is eight dollars
Your change will be twenty-one dollars. It's very sad. Plus the food is cold sometimes or slightly under cooked.

I’ve been twice thinking the second time would be different, but no!! They keep saying something is wrong with the oven when u get the crazy puffs because they come out overcooked.

No good professional customer service at all, no greeting, it’s dark looking, needs updating or cleaned up!

I will drive to Fayetteville before I go back up there…

Upper Management must not be checking on their establishment….. there’s no way that they know about the service that’s given…

Thank you to the guy who let me test the pizza box to make sure it would fit in my touring pack on my motorcycle.

Ordered online with a T-Life promo. Pizza was supposed to be ready between 6:09pm-6:14pm. I arrived at 6:07pm. The server asked my name and retrieved my cheese pizza from the kitchen.
The pizza was obviously old, with zero warmth . Not one slice was even lukewarm.
She replaced it without a fuss, but it should never have been served.

We had to wait for awhile. We ordered the ultimate cheese pizza. Not the regular one. So maybe they had to make it 1st.

They have definitely been stepping it up lately. Great looking pizzas with plenty of cheese. My only minor complaint is that my Supreme deep dish last time had a bit too many toppings so it ended up softer than I like, but otherwise, it was on point.
