This was a terrible experience. I ordered through the drive-thru, but the line was extremely long and moving very slowly. I went inside to ask for my food, but the manager refused to give me my order simply because I had chosen drive-thru. My time was completely wasted, and she was very dismissive and clearly did not care about helping me.

I’ve gotten drive-thru orders inside at other McDonald’s locations with no problem, so this inconsistency and poor attitude was unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement in customer service.

They never get my order right always messing up on my coffee and most time. The coffee is cold and not hot. The service is very slow. This is the one in Lovejoy for morning time like 5:30 AM when they’re not even busy.

Staff needs training on how to read and identify pictures. I ordered the golden chicken sandwich and received a weak ahh golden wrap with one chicken strip in it after waiting a long time in the pickup spot

Four stars for overall service. I haven't been to a McDonald's in years, and I actually went here for my wife's Sunday school class. I quit going to McDonald's years ago for several reasons but one reason was I never received full order and the service was always horrible. This visit is actually received my full order with decent service.

I ordered in the drive thru before breakfast ended. (8/10) Pulled up to retrieve my food and the hashbrown was missing. I informed the employee and she told me they forgot to put it in the bag but I would have to go back in the drive thru and let them know. I told her that makes no sense if they forgot it, it's their responsibility to replace it while I'm at the window and I shouldn't have to go back around after I've paid for it. I wish I would have caught her name. She was short that's all I remember. Also at the time I ordered a frappe so I had to pull up to the numbered parking space to receive my frappe. I waited for more than 10 minutes which is too long, checked my bag to look at my sandwich and it was the wrong order. So I had to go inside and wait about another 10-15 minutes explained to the lady who seemed to be in charge. She gave me my correct order and my frappe but all in all disappointed with what was said to me at the drive thru (very unprofessional) and in the amount of time I was there I could have already finished my food at home. People that ordered after me left before me. Just an unorganized mess.

Service is disgustingly awful. Sad that young ladies don’t k ow how to greet the guest speak or treat customers. I hate the workers here!!!

I’ve given this place three tries. All three times I asked twice to make sure they added my sauce and all three times they’ve forgotten it. Never eating here again

Stopped on way home from Fayetteville. Really don't like the ordering kiosk. ordered at a normal Old dogs learning new tricks and all. Was a quick in and out with our to go orders.

Was a bit awkward getting into parking lot and back onto highway.
