First I must say that the atmosphere is not my scene anymore. We went on a Thursday and the music is loud depending on where you're sitting but it's a small restaurant. The DJ is seasoned and was play known 90's hip-hop and R&B along with some deeper cuts. The food as good and had a right amount of spice. We had the boil with the cluster, shrimp and sausage. I'm thinking they should shake the bag and get more of the mixture on the food instead of it all being at the bottom of the bag. But, we poured out in our dishes and sopped it up....problem solved. Their butter mixture is slightly more greasy than Juicy Crab but it didn't overtake the food and once it was all mixed up it wasn't noticeable. Would we go back? YES! Just not on a Thursday after 6pm. The prices and portions are reasonable and our server, Bri was good.

Last night on a Saturday, I ordered take out and purchased 2 pounds of crawfish garlic butter seasoning and it was the best crawfish in this area of McDonough/Hampton. It’s was well seasoned, clean and fresh! KISS the Chef because they know what they are doing. Reminds me of home cooking in Louisiana. Only downside was the fried scallops! Everything else was delicious band satisfying.

First time I ordered the gumbo today to go along with my usual fried shrimps and the gumbo was DELICIOUS.
Prices are decent, and the atmosphere was amazing on Thursday night. Live DJ. Old school, new school music.

Food was good. I was surprised at this price level that soup was in a styrofoam bowl and my meal was in a plastic basket. It was still very good. I was disappointed that I had to go to the bar to get more water. In fact, saw my server for my order and bill. That's it.
I've been wanting to try this place for some time, so when I was in the mood for seafood, I checked it out. I ordered oysters and the get your hands dirty 1/2 pound. I had mine with Dungeness crab, broccoli, potatoes, and eggs in the butter seasoning. The oysters were bland, and I could have had my meal without them. However, the get your hands dirty was sooooo good! You will literally get your hands dirty, but honestly, it's the best way to eat! It's a good thing I had it delivered because I made a big mess eating my meal! Truly a decadent meal in a bag , everything was cooked to perfection. Even the seasoning was delicious and enhanced every element in that bag! This place is definitely worth a try, and although the seafood may be pricey, it's worth every penny!
