The cashier got my order completely wrong. I knew something was wrong by her timid demeanor. I ordered house fried rice and chicken Philly. Instead I received chicken fried rice and couldn't taste the chicken on the Philly. I will not patronize this restaurant again. I recommend customers to eat elsewhere. Good riddance.

Right off the get go, customer service was terrible, customers don’t need to feel like a burden just to order food. Not the best choice for a cheesecake neither, quality to the meat was not good, cheese was absent and no options to add whiz or any steaks with whiz. One and done for me in this place

Terrible first off I ordered a six piece combo mild with lemon pepper sprinkles out of the six wings. Only four of them was eatable. The other two was chicken that has already been sitting there for me. I don’t know how long but we know when chicken has been sitting and wasn’t freshly cooked so I don’t know what make y’all think putting it in the sauce with disguise. The taste of fresh chicken. my first time eating at the one in Lovejoy, but compared to the other ones I’ve eaten in other cities. This one is trashed.

Called in and placed an order over the phone. I asked how long it would take once I arrived and was told they would just toss wings in sauce when I arrived. I arrived and paid for my order and waited 40 minutes and finally decided to just get a refund after asking twice how much longer. I was told by the girl that it would be another 3 minutes and cancelled my order after another 10 minutes went by and no order. There was no apology from either girl at the counter and no urgency for my order. I watched several people file in and place orders and receive their food. Service is horrible and they don’t care at all and made sure I knew they didn’t care. I waited 40 minutes and left with no food. Their food is ok not the best and definitely not worth dealing with poor customer service. Will not return nor recommend anyone else return.
