I've been going to Rutabagas for awhile because it came highly recommended by a local friend. And boy were they right the food does not disappoint, the egg salad on a croissant is delish and add some bacon crumbles and just yesterday I had some of the tastiest chicken pot pie soup with awesome flavor. The lady working was very engaging and chatted sweetly with me and my sassy daughter. Lol I will be back, the place is a vibe. We enjoyed tasty food sitting under the umbrella...
Wow, what an unexpected surprise. We had the bowls and they were amazing. The staff was very friendly attentive, and the place is just all around a great find. I will definitely be back.
Sweet little nostalgic cafe! Open 10a-2p. Rustic, vintage, old-school eat-in or take out eatery. Hot sandwiches made one by one. Buy their exclusive recipe salsas, jellies and jams. Great place to meet a friend for lunch or dessert. Fun fact: Back in the day, this place used to be where a farmer sold his rutabagas, hence the name. Fun fact: They're bottling brand is the compilation of the daughter's names of the 2 lady owners.
