I arrived at this smoothie king at 8:48pm. They close at 9. When I arrived one girl yelled weโre closed as she made herself a huge bowl of what looked like aรงaรญ . If an establishment closes at a certain time then my expectation is to be able to come here at least within 10 mins of the closing time to get a last min smoothie. I am highly disappointed. Then when she noticed that I was writing a review she told me that the register isnโt working. My question then becameโฆwell how did she plan on paying for the hefty bowl she just made? Iโm a bit confused.

Customer service is so shitty. Nobody greets you when you walk in or nothing. They act like you donโt even enter the store. If you turn the smoothies so ppl can see the names OR just communicate service would improve. Itโs ridiculous.

Manager was rude as hell. When asked to come help her team prepare my order she asked about ticket time. I stated Im in a rush and was headed to work. She stated to contact customer service for a refund. Iโve googled how to request a refund and it says to contact the store when I called the store back she states she can not give me a refund because I ordered it on the app. So not only did I not get my bowl or smoothie I am also out of $25. I will be looking to spread the word to my neighbors about the treatment from this location. The store needs training on how to speak with customers and I want my money back.
