It's so unfortunate that I'll be adding this location to my stores to avoid list. When this location 1st opened the service and staff were great! Today I had to walk out and I won't be visiting this location again!

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store (11:35 am) the store is CLOSED...the sign says they are having plumbing issues and will reopen at 12. Mind you there is NO plumbing trucks outside or anything. This store ALWAYS have some type of excuse to be closed. A week ago they said they couldn't take orders because they were cleaning the bathroom. If the owner wants to remain in business they need to hire a reliable staff ASAP. A lot of times when I come to this store no one is in the front where the customers are. After a while 2 girls and one dude will come out from the back looking like they don't want to be there and finally take your order smh

Today is Wednesday 9/25/24 I just went in the smoothie king the air is out I saw flies flying all over the powder substance they use for the smoothies this is horrible and disgusting someone really needs to look into this because this definitely against the board of health

They have a very lazy staff at this location, especially the weird guy who seems to fight with demons during the shift. I'm surprised this location is still open.

The service was great but the location was extremely HOT. There was too very young nice people working but the environment was not safe for them or for the customers. I was inside for just a few minutes and felt sick at the temperature. I couldn’t image what these kids would be feeling like. The owners definitely were not considering the safety of their employees.

The staff needs better training. I asked for my açaí bowl to have a different base and they did not do so. The staff was also discussing with one another “oh I’m not doing their bowl because I only do smoothies” “ oh I don’t do smoothies, I only do bowls” like what ? It’s just the lack of team work and the comments mentioned out loud , just made me feel not welcomed and they just made my bowl so nasty and watery and super stingy with the toppings. I love smoothie king but the Hampton location 11274 Tara Blvd unit #120 Hampton, GA 30228 needs better training.

I am revising my review, my first encounter wasn’t the Best But the manager DeShandra more than made up for it!! The fact that she literally went out of her way to make things right says A lot! She remade my smoothie bowl to perfection, it was beautiful and delicious. Thank you so much

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made an online order and they store called me saying they were out of stock and I then asked for a refund where they had me in hold for 15 mins just to tell me they can’t request a refund since a manager was not on duty. Wasting my time and not providing the product. The app should tell you if an item is out of stock. The employee should also have the power to cancel the order so that funds are not taken for a product that can not be produced for the consumer.

will not be returning to this smoothie king and would not recommend that you come here.
