This place is so slow and never have anything. Inroder online to make sure food is ready and it still is never ready when I get there. Horrible place!

We have been coming here for years. Lately the daytime staff is rude. The place is filthy. No napkins. There are never any cookies. Never any drinks. Never any chips. and if you order online you have no way of knowing this and when you get there, they just act like, oh well?! This will be the last time we visit this place.

This place has gone downhill since being under new management. It used to be one of the best around, with the old owner everything was different, the place was always clean, they were always fully stocked UNTIL closing time, employees were always nice but not today, they barely had any meats, I online ordered 3 steaks and cheese and they were out of basically everything. Place is always dirty doesn’t matter what time of the day you go. The employees always have an attitude. It is not a pleasant place to go anymore.

This is the worst subway in the Hampton/McDonough area. Never has any food. I moved here 6 months ago & everytime I come here they’re ALWAYS out of something and can’t make sandwiches. Close it down!

No one is perfect so 4 is the best you can get. The sandwich was good. 1st one I have had since upgrade in meat. Service was good. Young man making sandwiches was very attentive despite the company inspector in his way. It was busy dinner time and she was in the way. I understand the need for inspection but not at a busy meal time. Not much on atmosphere. Was clean, as always. Tables are too small and not very steady. Needs some nice music, not screaming, to make waiting a little nicer. Husband was upset that the cold cut had been discontinued.
The service was incredibly slow which I don’t mind the wait for food but she caught an attitude with me. And everyone that came in after me left before me. Will not be returning

This is as always the best subway I’ve been to. It’s hard to find a good subway nowadays and this one always exceeds my expectations. The workers are always on top of it. Never complain or show any type of negative emotion. The store is amazing.

My family and i came in at almost closing time. We didn't realize it until we had already started to order. We were playing a ball tournament all day, out of town. The two employees still offered great service and asked us about our day. That means a lot after a long day and close to closing time. They were great!
Got a wrap Friday June 7 at 8:15 am, got a wrap and was only given a 6 inch portion of meat when the subway website says it calls for a foot long portion.
