the young man that was working tonight was very rude and told another customer infront of me that if he was unhappy leave a review and i wanted to order a chicken salad wrap and told me that since nobody orders it so we dony make it and the young lady working with him explain to him how to make it and he rudely told her well you can make it then he act like he didnt want to do his job got an attitude after i said i would like to have the chicken salad wrap and he said well i guess and the young lady apologizes for his attitude when he went to the back but he really should be fired this isnt the first time i experience this employee being rude and disrespectful cause no customer or anither employee should be treated like that from that young man if he still works there after today i would not visit this store

I can’t even rate the food because they didn’t have wheat bread or Cold Cut meat. The service was extremely rude and slow, and the restaurant itself was very dirty.

Arrived and mobile order had not even been started on.
Seems like eveytime I order delivery from here they always miss multiple things. Always forgetting to include sides, and if you pay extra for bacon or Avocado that's always missed too. As someone who's worked at subway it's not that hard to read items off a receipt. My last order was missing chips, bacon, Avocado, Pickles AND the cheese. Not impressed at all

This location used to be so much better than all the rest but the last several times I have placed an order thru the app I get there to pick up and they are out of something I ordered. Also, orders are never ready on time. Not sure if under new ownership because it used to be great but I'm done with this location.

We have been coming here for years. Lately the daytime staff is rude. The place is filthy. No napkins. There are never any cookies. Never any drinks. Never any chips. and if you order online you have no way of knowing this and when you get there, they just act like, oh well?! This will be the last time we visit this place.
No idea why all the hate. I arrived today a little after 6 for a mobile order. The sandwiches were made fresh, the employees were so nice. I'll be back just because of what I experienced today. Thanks again!

This place has gone downhill since being under new management. It used to be one of the best around, with the old owner everything was different, the place was always clean, they were always fully stocked UNTIL closing time, employees were always nice but not today, they barely had any meats, I online ordered 3 steaks and cheese and they were out of basically everything. Place is always dirty doesn’t matter what time of the day you go. The employees always have an attitude. It is not a pleasant place to go anymore.
Its 8:30am..store opens at 8am..i have been waiting for 30 minutes for this store to open but doors still locked and associate will not allow us to come inside. located in Hampton Georgia on Hwy.3..this is ridiculous!!

This is the worst subway in the Hampton/McDonough area. Never has any food. I moved here 6 months ago & everytime I come here they’re ALWAYS out of something and can’t make sandwiches. Close it down!
Tge young lady today 1/1/25 had a very bad attitude. If she didn't want to work today she should have stayed at home . Gave me this big bag for a 6 inch sub
