The food was absolutely horrendous. left a whole taco out of my lux box. Gave tea had no ice in it and a strawberry freeze that wasn't frozen and was just red syrup that was thick. DO NOT GO HERE.

This Taco Bell and KFC take forever for you to even get to order at the speaker box outside and then waiting forever to get to the window then you might have a rude person at the window when you ask for something on the side that they may not have put in your bag but the food is good most of the time

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to, the line in drive-thru was long so I went inside to place a carryout order just to be told that they do not take carryout orders, I asked why can't I place my order inside the employee told me because there is nobody on front counter. I too work in the restaurant industry and I know I can place my order inside no one was attentive and care to take my order. So I left and went to the Taco Bell in Fayetteville and place my carryout order there And had no problems ,so I didn't understand why no one took my order. This Taco Bell needs to clean house needs New Management ASAP

Worst place ever, sat in line for 20 minutes . Did not get my food. Other people was also leaving out of the line, I came back later, like 5 minutes later. The girl at the window told me it was going to be a wait , I told asked Why didn't you tell the customers that the first time we sat here for about 20 minutes? Then it was our choice to leave or go, but she did not say that the first time I sat in the line for 20 minutes. Then she got an attitude, told me to get out of their line.We started arguing back and forth the worst customer service ever sad the girl at the speaker said her name was Charmaine, she could be lying, but was so disrespectful just sad

Went there last night and ordered 2 stacked tacos a one double stacker got home an realized they charged my card for 10 an some change an my order should have only been 6$ smh you have to watch things now an days nobody is doing there job right it also took 20 mins sitting there

literally checked google not busy at all and for years its been this bad. waited an hour for 2 lux boxes and some other stuff so long the delivery driver quit on us. he was waiting for over 30 minutes outside the taco bell.
this one is the worst. literally the black sheep out of all the other taco bells its so consistently terrible.
Every time we come here the wait is ridiculous. Today I ordered pretty Quickly but had to wait almost 20 mins for the food. When it came out the fries were freezing cold. I can say K the light skin guy that cooks has great customer service. He made new fries and gave us a bigger size for the inconvenience. He is super nice and respectful. Give him a raise. But I swear I hate coming here because of the wait.

I came last night 11/12/25 I ordered two Mexican pizzas one with two soft taco supremes and no beans the other one plain how it is and a chicken quesadilla with a soft taco supreme. Now the first pizza had meet on one side and beans on the other side and no sour cream on the soft taco. The second pizza had beans in the middle of the pizza and only one side was cut in slices and the slices were as Biggs as the quesadilla slices….how. Now back to the soft tacos( all of them), the lettuce was warm like it been next to the water warmer they heat the meat up in and it taste like water you can see the water condensation from the lettuce on the tortillas when you open it up. The only thing that was decent was the quesadilla. My ol lady go get the order redone today 11/13/25 and they still messed the quesadilla up no chicken she told them no lettuce and they still put lettuce. Yall night shift is trash I’d yall can’t smoke and work stop smoking at work and day shift if yall can’t read the receipt why you working off you can’t read. And on top of that not even 10 min I was in the bathroom sick yall need to get it together before yall get lawsuits if yall haven’t already. BY FAR THE WORSE TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
