Went through drive through ordered a chicken quesadilla and a cup of water. Not being cheap that's all my daughter drinks and it was $11 didn't get a receipt so I drove back around and asked why it was so much she said she charged me for the cup of I would of not ordered the water at the speaker and told her I wanted a cup of water at the window ai would of got the free cup of water.

I was pulled up and forgot about. When I went back to the window the manager( light skin, young, with a wig on, no hat or hair net) gave me a freezer and made a remake saying I hope this cools you down. I had received my food 22 minutes after ordering and been pulled up. Had to go inside to get my order. Went inside and was asked what I have! I stopped coming because this had happened to me before. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. I asked to see where was this policy stated? She said on my receipt but when I received the receipt, it wasn’t on the receipt

Terrible, got my order wrong (I’m vegan and my main entree item had sourcream in the middle after I said w/out TWICE), were rude, and don’t know how to conveniently run a drive thru. There were no napkins, sauces I asked for or receipt in the bag and I’m pretty sure they gave my food to the wrong car, then brought it to me…Only pull up if you have 40 minutes to spare waiting on two burritos (w/out meat at that) 🙄🙄🙄

Ordered the new street taco box for $9. TERRIBLE!!!! We ordered the steak, got chicken with no crema sauce or cilantro. The 2 tacos were just meat and cheese no lettuce. I had to pull up so they had plenty of time to fix it the correct way. There was a reason we hadn’t ate there in forever, but it was on the way home. We will never eat there again.

During a storm yesterday walk in was closed ! Only thing open was the drive thru. Just a little disappointed 3 nice chicken thighs , and one that looks like it came off a baby chicken..

By far one of the worst services I’ve ever had . It took them 20 minutes to get our food. They served us cold food, and couldn’t give us a plate when we were dining in and told us that we have to pay extra for sauces. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .
So this Taco Bell/ only chicken and biscuits KFC is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and it needs to be shut down. Waited 45 minutes for our food the first time and you guessed it NONE of it was right. To the guy who laughed at us about a refund we will be getting it along with several of your employees going bye bye 👋 . We spent 56$ on food for me my daughter and my wife. So since the food was wrong we had to drive back around the drive thru bc nobody answers phones yeah why have them. So the 2nd drive thru ride was an hour and 15 minutes and you guessed it again all of the food was wrong once again. So 56$ worth of food was thrown in the trash and my daughter fell asleep in the back seat bc we didn’t get home until 11:30 btw we got there at 9pm. I will be calling corporate tomorrow and I will be sending a pictures of the food as well. Also chicken and steak are 2 completely different things and cheesy bean and RICE burritos are supposed to be to come with rice not black beans cheese and chopped up onions. I will never eat Taco Bell again after this experience. Have you ever stared at a food sign in a drive thru for 2 hours straight bc I sure haven’t until today. They weren’t even busy either 8 cars in a drive thru is not busy I worked at Wendy’s for almost 6 years. And never gave an order out over 5 minutes. I’m surprised this location is open at all. Highly recommended do not eat at this location. Gas station food is a better option than this place.

The owner of this place needs to do a check on their restaurant, people there making it go down bad .THEY HAVE THEIVES WORKING IN THE DRIVE THRU👀 THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CARD NUMBER OR CARD IF YOU FORGET IT AND GO TO THE NEAREST GAS STATION. VERY DISHONEST EXCEPT FOR 2 EMPLOYEES THEY WERE VERY HONEST. WHATEVER YOU DO.....GO INSIDE AND PAY. SMH DISGUSTING
