Out late and didn’t eat dinner. Stopped by Taco Bell at 1130pm with hopes they were open. Eric had great customer service and the only one on the job. He had great respect for his job that he stayed there to take care of customers taking orders and making the meals. Even though he was there doing it all Eric had great customer service and the food was exactly what we wanted. Thanks Eric!

Horrible they need too be stop.... first thing drive thru employee needs too be alive it sounded like she was sick or sleep she couldn't hear me even after repeating my order 7x and kinda showed irritation, ordered street chalupa box, made be pull up too wait just too received something they apparently substituted it with with no knowledge... mad I even spend a dime here fr
This was a TOTAL DIASTER. The customer service was extremely poor and the so call Manager "Eric" was no help at all. My order did not have the biscuits included, my sides was overturned in my bag because they put soda lids on my sides instead of the side lids that snap. I called and spoke to the Manager 'Eric' and he was completely unapologetic and did not care. He didn't offer to replace my sides nor did he offer to give me the biscuits I paid for. I will never patronize this location again. I plan to take this further because I will not tolerate being disrespected when I'm giving you my money.
