Went through drive through ordered a chicken quesadilla and a cup of water. Not being cheap that's all my daughter drinks and it was $11 didn't get a receipt so I drove back around and asked why it was so much she said she charged me for the cup of I would of not ordered the water at the speaker and told her I wanted a cup of water at the window ai would of got the free cup of water.
This restaurant is always dirty and has slow service even when you pre order through the app

I was pulled up and forgot about. When I went back to the window the manager( light skin, young, with a wig on, no hat or hair net) gave me a freezer and made a remake saying I hope this cools you down. I had received my food 22 minutes after ordering and been pulled up. Had to go inside to get my order. Went inside and was asked what I have! I stopped coming because this had happened to me before. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. I asked to see where was this policy stated? She said on my receipt but when I received the receipt, it wasn’t on the receipt

Terrible, got my order wrong (I’m vegan and my main entree item had sourcream in the middle after I said w/out TWICE), were rude, and don’t know how to conveniently run a drive thru. There were no napkins, sauces I asked for or receipt in the bag and I’m pretty sure they gave my food to the wrong car, then brought it to me…Only pull up if you have 40 minutes to spare waiting on two burritos (w/out meat at that) 🙄🙄🙄
