store is closed at 7:30pm on a Thursday. but the got a big open sign displayed. do better. and they looking at you when you walk to the door like they don't have the open sign on.

These guys are the bomb. The people who both help you and give you some seriously diverse and amazing food. They need more space to sit and enjoy your food. Definetly recommend Mr song and Ms Kim are the ones to look for and tip

I only gave 4 stars because I had both great and good food service. Food is usually A-1. I have caught them towards the end of the night and the grease made the food taste nasty. You can tell it was time to change it. But it won't stop me from coming back!

Customer service sucks, can’t follow simple directions and want to get mad when they do the entire order wrong

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am very disappointed as my husband and I order food from here often. I placed a pickup order online 30 minutes before closing time. When I came to the counter the manager said the food was already picked up. I asked him how could that be when I just arrived. I showed him how I placed the order and paid online. He told me I would need to request a refund online. I sat in the lobby and went to the website and asked him where to request the refund . He told me he had no clue and couldn’t help me. He advised he couldn’t remake my order because the grill was closed and all he could offer was me disputing the charge with my bank. I followed the instructions and disputed the charge. The dispute was then denied because the owner sent a photo of the person he gave my food away to as me. He lied and said I received my food even though I didn’t and he is the one that instructed me to dispute the charge. Now I can’t get my money back. I spent over $50 on food for my family.

Very nasty attitude. I do not recommend going there. They had to close due to them failing an inspection. The guy that works there is just RUDE

This place is absolutely amazing ! I don’t eat meat so I try to find quick alternatives when I’m on the go and this places impossible Pattie’s are to live for !!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vegan alternative that actually tastes great and gives you the fill you need definitely 10/10 especially in the realm of plant based eating !

the chicken tenders were not fully cooked and the the customer service was the absolute worst when I told the man my food was made wrong he completely refused to acknowledge it, offer a refund or even remake the food! he looked at me like he didnt understand a word I said and then I made a review and he attempted to argue with me online! THE WORST SERVICE IN THIS SIDE OF TARA BLVD!!! Do NOT go here!

The two owners are very friendly and the food is always fresh cooked to order and hot and they don’t mind if make custom changes to your meal.

Wings are always good and decent sized. Always quick and the employees are so nice. My favorite wing spot.

I placed an order of a 10 piece combo, and when i went home i found a HAIR in my wings! im reporting this place to the health inspection and i want to meet a manager and ask them if they think they slick asum, cuz this really made me angry they laughed at me when i came in for my appearance, and then there's hair in my food? this is the last straw, they finna catch my fade on my granny's brother.
