WARNING DO NOT EAT HERE!!! We ordered 2- 10 piece wing and paid for extra powder ranch... when I bit into it, all I tasted was salt I didn't taste any ranch. Went in for a complete refund and the dude only gave half our money back and had the nerve to get an attitude, yelling like he was in the right. My husband told him to be respectful like he was. The sign says under new management but I have not come across this type of poor management in a long time... we ended up calling the police and he said "go ahead" with a smirk because he already knew they couldn't do anything or force him to give a refund. We will never eat here again

Owner is extremely rude, I placed an order and when that order was made incorrectly he refused to remake or give a refund. Even though I emphasized my dietary restrictions. Owner completely ignored me as I was talking and couldn’t provide me any solution to the problem.

Place has fallen far in the course of a year... Food no longer tastes good. So disappointing. Health rating has fallen from an A to an 82. New management sign outside needs to work on the health rating score pronto!

OMG, They didn’t have anything! Stop for lunch and was in a hurry. Food looked good! I was to far away to turn back. Called no one still hasn’t answered the phone. 6hr later!!! I trying to call other locations to get a answer. They are not linked together. SMH! NEVER AGAIN!

WNB don’t pick up the phone for you to place A order. You have to go there to just to make a order. Yes W&B I am very disappointed with you guys. We Order a “12” piece chicken tender I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes so we went to food. Depot bought some rice because the rice at WNB is very expensive and they don’t even give you enough rice so when I got home with my kids and my husband I made some fried rice to go with our chicken tenders. We open the box And serving it to each other and had a piece of long hair wrapped around the “Honey chicken tenders” the chicken tenders are very expensive already $21 for a 12 piece. this is why we don’t eat out if I wasn’t A observe person we would of ate the chicken but I’m so observing when I eat I look at my food when I eat picking through my food when I eat food from outside restaurants. that long piece of hair was wrapped around the chicken tenders we put that chicken tenders right back in the box, I don’t play about that. That’s why people get sick and do not know why.

I love the food but the customer service from some of the staff isn’t good. Playing explicit music while customers are in the restaurant, talking on the phone or listening to music with both air pods in while a customer is trying to fix a problem or ask a question or making an order and the customer has to repeat the order or texting while taking an order. If you don’t know how to talk while chewing gum You need to take it out until you are finished with the customer. Using inappropriate language with their coworkers or friends while customers are in the restaurant. And never can reach a manager when a problem develops.

They answered the phone on a Friday night and let me know that they had the cauliflower wings which was awesome because I had already been to 1 that refused to answer there phone and I called Hudson and they stated they didn’t carry them there. So after calling the place the guys here were very friendly and helpful. Thanks ?
