This is my favorite New Black owned business in the City, but lately when I go by or my daughter, son, friends, the variety of Cookies are small, they're not freshly baked anymore( we Love the warm,soft but crispy cookies)and most of all we never see Original cookie that started our Love Affair with Haute Cookie. The new location doesn't smell of fresh baked cookies or feel as warm and welcoming. So I must say sadly I'm losing interest. Hopefully the owner will...

People people people!!!! I’m smiling while just thinking about these cookies. I’ve been here multiple times and should’ve done a review the first time because A Haute Cookie is deserving of it!I’ve gone here when the owner was there and when she wasn’t and each time the service has been top tier. Even when I’m indecisive the staff is so patient. Kudos to the owner and the workers! A good front line shows that the back office must be amazing.I order no less than 4 cookies...
