We had initially gone to a restaurant around the corner, the atmosphere was bad. So we came to Sombreros, and I'm so glad we did. I was glad to see outside seating, nice atmosphere inside, large TVs at the bar, plenty of tables for seating. Just moments after taking our seat in a nice cozy Booth , our server greeted us, took our drink order, and before she walked away we had chips and salsa on the table. We were off to a great start. My chunky guacamole was made to order...
While not quite a 'hole in the wall', it comes close. Server was prompt & friendly. The Fajita Bowl was tasty & large enough for 2 meals ($12) and the tea was sweet. Only 'complaint' would be the cheap plastic fork & knife (aka low-end take-out quality) but would visit again.
I've been here twice now and enjoyed both visits. The food and the service has been good each time.
This place is 30 mins from my house, totally worth the drive and I will definately go back.
