Made me wait for a long time. Shorted my chicken and didn’t give biscuits that was purchased with it. This place is going down hill and fast. Food bags was in the floor of kitchen. Some walking around talking and not doing much. I will not be back.

Stood in line for 20 minutes. To be told that they had quit serving the breakfast burrito at 10 a.m.. looked up and seen BLACK MOLD ON THE CEILING!! Other people in line also left without placing an order....Workers were gathered up in the back, having a personal conversation between there selves, ignoring customers out front, until another bojangles worker came off of break, she said she would be right with me, that's when one of the ones in the back decided to show up because her name was in the register.
