“Market 50 is one of my favorite places to stop for lunch. I’m an hr away, but I try to stop in for AT LEAST one of their Cinnamon Rolls if I’m in Hartwell. They have a great variety of candies, snacks, cakes, fresh sandwiches, unique gifts, and take my word for it… their Cinnamon Rolls. The staff is friendly and attentive to their customers. They are a must stop in Downtown Hartwell, or if you find yourself near Hartwell.”

“Haven’t ordered from here in a long time. Had a craving for an antipasto salad. Tonight I ordered the salad, along with a 6” meatball sandwich and a cannoli. (Haven’t had a cannoli in ages.) Let me first say how great the food was! They accidentally sent cheesecake instead of a cannoli but that was no problem. Cheesecake is fantastic! Sandwich was perfect as was the salad! Portions are very large and well worth the money! Delivery (thru the slice app) was faster than I ever expected. It arrived well over 40 minutes faster than I was told to expect. Thanks for a wonderful meal!”

“Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin??? First of all, the food is EXCELLENT! We eat here at least 5 nights per week. We have never had anything that was bad. Down home southern cooking at its best. Huge portions. Fresh salad bar. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault! Some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Great service and great prices! If you haven't tried them, what are you waiting for???”

“We had dinner last week and the food was delicious!! We had egg rolls, salad with ginger dressing, Hibachi chicken and hot tea. The yum yum and teriyaki sauces are very good. Service was great and special thanks to our amazing waitress, Allie! She was great and made such a pleasant experience! Will be back when in the area.”

“I love Common Ground!! The staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. They are always patient with me, and helpful with suggestions. The food is great, fresh, cravable, and unique. The muffins are amazing and large enough to share. The monster cookie is a staple. The quiches are perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast. The coffee is yummy, never tastes bitter or burnt. The smoothies are the perfect afternoon pick me up. I love they have invested in Hartwell!”

“Remarkable employees! A couple of handicapped gentlemen pulled up to the restaurant and wanted to get lunch and an employee went out to their car and took a menu, their order and brought them their food! How awesome that was!!!!”

“I love the food there, I always get fresh food (without even asking for it to be fresh!) & I must be the lucky customer because I never lack any sauce or food that I ask for in the bag. Usually I'm always missing something at other fast food joints. Only issue though that seems strange is the Marinara sauce is cold and seems too thick to even dip the cheese curds in.”

“Really lovely staff at the Waffle House (shout out to Shartera and Tamrah) with true southern hospitality. Someone in our group has a severe dairy allergy and Tamrah literally brought us the containers so we could see the nutrition labels and then cooked that meal on a different flat top to avoid any butter contact.”

“We got the Bean Curd Homestyle and General Tso Tofu and a few other things but everything was amazing! So many Chinese food places mess up and give you the squishy gross silken tofu but this place was perfect. it was chewy and firm, just like it should be. We will be back LOTS!”
