“I love Common Ground!! The staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. They are always patient with me, and helpful with suggestions. The food is great, fresh, cravable, and unique. The muffins are amazing and large enough to share. The monster cookie is a staple. The quiches are perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast. The coffee is yummy, never tastes bitter or burnt. The smoothies are the perfect afternoon pick me up. I love they have invested in Hartwell!“

- don’t worry that Who? took my order. Didn’t want to fill up my water bottle and just give me a water cup instead.. unusual because every other Starbucks that I’ve visited always gladly fill my water jug.

Once I insisted she didn’t fill up my water jug herself she asked another staff member to do it . my request felt like a burden to her. It made me feel uncomfortable. Mind you, I was the only customer ordering inside and the location was not busy at all.

👍- clean, quiet and spacious. So a couple people there hanging out and studying.

There’s a good Starbucks to come sit and study and have a good caffeinated drink.“

“This is an Ingles location, but you still get a great Starbucks experience. Plus you can use your Ingles card to add your purchases into your has discount. Coffee was perfect nice and hot. I always grab something for while I'm shopping.“

“Really lovely staff at the Waffle House (shout out to Shartera and Tamrah) with true southern hospitality. Someone in our group has a severe dairy allergy and Tamrah literally brought us the containers so we could see the nutrition labels and then cooked that meal on a different flat top to avoid any butter contact.“
