“To be honest when they first opened I could not leave a comment. and went to DD in Lavonia. I totally got grossed out. I don't care for bugs.enough said. but that same day I went to Starbucks and it was awesome!!!! I'm allergic to milk so I use soy. and I don't do whip cream. the young lady who made my 5 drinks was so polite. and the rest of the team was awesome. I will never go back to DD. STARBUCKS thank you so much for making such a wonderful experience and the cleanliness you up hold. I could never imagine anything but STARBUCKS!!!!“

And I can honestly say, it's because of the staff. The girls here (I've only seen one man, he is also awesome) are always smiling, always nice and respectful, and I have never had a bad drink of coffee, or a bad bite of food.But it is the way they interact with their customer base that really makes this store so awesome!?A lot of the times I can pull up and as soon as I speak they'll know it's me, those little things that make us feel like people, those are the things we grow to appreciate, and the staff here implements that amazingly.“
