“Stopped on my way back to Indiana. I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit, it was delicious. The biscuits are big, warm, melt in your mouth good. Fast friendly service with home made food. The coffee hit the spot, and I am picky about good coffee. Clean restaurant, friendly workers with smiles on their faces.”

Kid-friendliness: I always see lots of kids there. I think though, that kids 10 years old and younger have a be with an adult at at buffet line.

I would rather have older people serving me as a retirement gig than a young person who is disrespectful and has no pride in their work/ food. The place was very clean and well stocked.”

“Neutral atmosphere, kinda felt like a high school lunch room. Sesame chicken was delicious on the buffet and on the pick up order we had a few days later. Lo mein noddles with and without veggies was delicious. Tempura shrimp and regular shrimp were delicious. Crab legs were smaller on the buffet, they had gloves but the little forks were not available. Desert bar bananas were okay with the red sweet sauce and banana cream were again okay. I would recommend they allow the customer to peele their own bananas for those two desserts so they are not saturated and gooey on the outside. They save on unused bananas and customer get crispy bananas! The coconut truffles were delicious. Jello was delicious, stable and firm.”

Fast, friendly service from all employees except the older, heavy set man with gray hair that wears a cap - he's been a little rude on two occasions so now I always hope he's not there when we go. “I have practically grown up on Zeb's Brunswick stew and Sunbeam loaf bread since I was a little girl. I live in Anderson, SC but having family in Royston, and this was a staple in my childhood. I introduced my husband to Zebs Brunswick stew after we married, he said that it was the closest he has every had compared to his own grandfather's brunswick stew that he would eat as a kid. Such good memories for us both.”

“Tristin is super nice, delivered my food and everything was exactly as it should be, he read the notes I added and placed our food where we wanted. We’re regulars. Sometimes we pick up, and sometimes we have it delivered. 5 star experience anytime we order from here. Other staff is super nice as well. Never had an issue at all.However, next week I’m moving. Will miss this! Thanks for being what Papa John’s should be!”
