“I love the food there, I always get fresh food (without even asking for it to be fresh!) & I must be the lucky customer because I never lack any sauce or food that I ask for in the bag. Usually I'm always missing something at other fast food joints. Only issue though that seems strange is the Marinara sauce is cold and seems too thick to even dip the cheese curds in.“

“I have always been a BK fan I like the way the food is cooked.The Single,the double and the triple Whopper and the Original Chicken Sandwich is my favorite of them all.To me BK was a little less of a stop I would go but, something came alive here in the last 6 months don't know what it was but, the food I have purchased in the last 6 months has been much better then it was.I will guess and say new management and the best people for the job because it as improved from 40% to 98% better across the board and that mean taste,good vibe,friendly,and clean.I must say to the hard working under paid employees of the Hartwell,Georgia BK Thank You for the Best BK of Georgia to come in and sat down and enjoy good tasting food.To the Employees Keep your heads held high because, you deserve respect.So I give every single one of you 100% respect to the fullest.You all deserve it thank you for the hard work yall do.“

“Seams like each time I come here I get more and more disappointed. Order on the app waited 45 minutes for my food and had to go inside to get it from the app parking spot. Order on the app to eat inside and it asks for the table number then after over 20 minutes they softly call out my table # for me to come pick it up in a bag. Ol Ronald is not hitting on much these days!“
