Very slow they make you pull up at the drive through and you have to set and wait till they bring the food out to you , they mess up my granddaughter kids meal up wrong drinks with all the meal we ordered large meal and got small meals

Burger King is usually a reliable stop for a quick meal, but there’s still some room for improvement. The service at the drive-thru isn’t very efficient, as I often get asked to pull forward and wait even for regular menu items. I wouldn’t mind the extra time if the food came out hot and fresh, but unfortunately the fries were cold and stale and the lettuce on my chicken sandwich was wilted. That said, the overall flavor of the food was still good, and I do appreciate the convenience. With a little more consistency in freshness and speed, this location could easily be a 5-star experience.

Everybody got waited on but us do not go to this place simply because I paid for my mom a burger meal and everybody behind us and everybody on the inside was getting waited on

We would love to Eat Here! But they will not take our Order! We walk in stand there for 10 min! Nobody takes our Order. Then a guy comes over makes like he will take our order then he walks away! Then We Leave it’s so upsetting to be treated like this ! What else can I say it has happened 3 times we refuse to Go Back!!!

I just wanted to brag on the girl at the window at 10pm, she was so kind, helpful and attentive. It's so easy to be angry working drive thru, and she was just so wonderful! Highly suggest this BK, and I hope Anjera becomes a manger. She's fantastic!!!!
