Drive thru:Getting as bad as Bojangles and McDonald's in Hartwell with the bad Attitudes!In her defense the only thing in her defense ... We ordered a piece of fish at the window to add to the order.No was ever even behind us.She came to the window with rolling of the eyes and I'm done with these dt customer ls type Attitude!(I've managed and didn't like stuff added at the window however being rude wasn't tolerated)You would have thought someone stole her wallet and ran the way she acted with the mad face and huffy puffy.Then didn't give any sauces. I said nothing just came in and got them from trays.And then..... I got back out and tried to steal a fry from my husband bag. Oh no you didn't check the bag Mary! Can't eat fish without tartar and frys go great with a sandwich.I came back in this time if looks could kill man Mary would've killed me!However the guy upfront amd Manager(think Erica) were very nice with no mad expressions on their faces. Just friendly and sweet!We all have bad days. But I could've been someone having a bad day that this experience turned it into a Horrible experience.

I went through the drive through and the food are the fish ? I ordered on a bed of rice was so spicy that I couldn't eat it at all l called and told them but the boss on shift said that she couldn't do anything, l will definitely not use Captain D's for anything else as for eating

Have dined there on four different occasions, and the service has been great every single time. The food comes out fresh and hot. Compliments to each of the workers for their above average efforts. The owners are blessed to have such a dedicated crew.

Everytime I have to visit Hartwell,GA, I stop at Captain D'S. My son and my husband love their food. The service is wonderful through the drive thru, they are always very friendly,kind, and helpful. Good job yall! ? keep it up. We will continue to be repeat customers!

I normally only eat "fast food" cause I'm on a fix income but sometime like to go to a fancy sit-down place so we figure since Hartwell has that big lake that a fish place would probally be a good idea and boy was it ever!! The fish was so good reminded me of when my granddaddy use to have a fish fry on labor day. I could tell it was cought fresh that day right from the lake. My wife got the shrimp and it filled her up. It is nice to eat off a real plate when you eat out. Worth every penny if you like fresh fish! Next time we pass thru heart county we will eat here again.
