I opened the Waterfall Grill! One of the first to hire in the kitchen staff! I really enjoyed cooking there! Its sad to see where it is, now! The best attributes left are a beautiful building, and an awesome golf course!

I recently got married at Cateechee, and there aren’t enough words to describe what an absolute dream it was!! The facilities are absolutely gorgeous and the staff is amazing! I loved that Cateechee provided stylish tables, chairs, and linens for the wedding, and that we were able to utilize the indoor ballroom and outdoor veranda - it made for an absolutely beautiful wedding and a view of the sunset that evening.
