Food was not good at all. Hardly any chicken in the chicken and broccoli, rice was dry and egg rolls were dry and chewy. Waited 35 minutes for order, no soy sauce or duck sauce included. Outside looks dirty and run down. Never going back.

Thier food is the best in town. literally no other place is doing better Chinese food then them. It's the only place to go for Chinese food.

Outside is runned down and not appealing at all. Everytime I have been here there has never been anyone eating, but there has been a bag waiting for someone for takeout. The inside is outdated and not somewhere I would want to have a meal. However, the food quality is excellent, it is always hot and cooked to order. Amazing egg rolls, lo mein, and almond fried chicken. Friendly people as well. The only reason no five star is the actually place itself. Other than that, I highly recommend you try this fantastic, fresh food!
Some of the best food is found where you least expect it. China Palace is such a place. If you want delicious food cook fresh using fresh ingredients, you won't be disappointed. China Palace is owned and operated by a local family. They have been serving food in Hartwell longer than any other downtown restaurant. Friendly people who value their customers. Best egg rolls you will ever eat with a special homemade duck sauce.
