I have ordered delivery from here two times and both times they messed up the delivery. The first time the driver sat right in front of my house and said she was lost. This time they gave the driver another delivery in the opposite direction and the pizza wasn’t fresh by the time he got here. Even then, he drove right past while I was standing in the driveway waving for him to stop. It’s been almost an hour. Don’t believe the estimated time for delivery. It’s usually twice as long. I would give the service no stars if it would let me Update: When we finally got our pizza, they hadn’t even cut it. Will NEVER order delivery from Domino’s Hartwell again.

I ordered and had to drive from Bowman to pick up. Ordered a large thin crust meatlovers, asked for the garlic parmesan sauce with extra cheese, add bacon and mushrooms. The pizza was almost burnt, had no sauce very little cheese, and only had bacon and mushrooms non if the other stuff that comes in the meatlovers. We also order the supreme our whatever they call it, it was cooked right. Very disappointed!!!

1/11/24 ordered a large thin crust with extra cheese extra pepperoni and extra salami. No extra anything. Had to have it remade cuz the salami was hidden under the cheese so looked like no salami. Crispy salami is what makes it good. Extremely disappointed. The pizza I ordered last week was excellent. This one was just awful.
