We we're camping near Hartwell GA last week. After a full day of hiking, the boys decided that they would like a pizza. Those teenage boys said, "This is the best pizza they have ever had in their life."
Wow!
This is the Chicago style pizza
Service was perfect also. Dining in is the way to enjoy

I love this place if you want a slice they don't have some old cheese pizza laying around and they do you a slice they actually stretch a piece of dough into a triangle like a slice of pizza put all the toppings on it and bake it fresh it's almost getting like your own little mini Slice Pizza this is incredible what an idea fresh slice of pizza anytime I need a slice I go there

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner, was very slow but the service was still great, we waited around 5-10 minutes for our garlic knots, which were delicious. He ordered a large specialty pizza and i ordered a small build your own, it took a little over 30 minutes for it to come out but it was so so worth the wait! Support local!

Me and a friend stopped in last Friday 7/5/24 evening. As soon as we walked in we were met with "we are out of all bread, so we can't make anything with bread" but "we do have spaghetti and lasagna". So we were seated hoping to get fresh homemade food. After sitting a while we notice people were ordering pizza and calzones. The food tasted terrible and we didn't even finish it and paid the ticket and left. Even when leaving we seen pizzas brought out for customers waiting. My friend got sick after getting home, so we have decided New York Pizza in Hartwell, GA. gave us bad, expired food. We will NEVER eat there again and will let anyone who asks for recommendation know to not eat there. Very dissatisfied!

New York pizza is the best. It's always worth the wait because of the care they take with your order. Happy, friendly service.

My husband and I came from Anderson to try this place out. They had just opened and they were getting things in order when we walked in. We ordered and got our food pretty quick! Great food, FANTASTIC service and a beautiful environment! We will be back!

First timer here and I just wanna say me and my family enjoyed it so much! From it being a family owned restaurant to downtown hartwell itself! The Food was outstanding the service was great and the atmosphere was what really did it for us. My 4 year old daughter and I were dancing and jamming out to some great music while we enjoyed some cheese knots and New York style pizza! Cannot wait to come back and do it all over again! Will definitely recommend to others!

Very friendly staff. The pizza was great and a great price. I personally like my crust more toasted color. Their crust was cooked, but still completely white. This is a preference, and I'm not going to hold it against them.

This place absolutely sucks. They open when they want they close when they want. This is not a way to run a business.
Food was great, lady at the counter was very nice. Last that served us was normally in the kitchen and seemed a bit lost serving.

If I can give this place zero stars I would have.. I used to eat at the one in Anderson and this one has failed miserably in comparison.. The place smelled like bleach which I don't mind because that means they cleaned? I think, The service was horrible ,We ordered garlic knots they were completely raw in the center and ordered two small pizzas which had more crust than actual toppings and pizza.. and everything that they made was nowhere near as good as the location in Anderson South Carolina.. The bathroom was completely dirty had no toilet paper or paper towels and it looked like somebody used the toilet seat instead of the actual toilet.. I heard the owners were related.. so I gave it a shot.. I don't think I'll be back after driving 30 to 40 minutes Don't think it would be worth it.
