Food is good ice cream is great

Delicious food and friendly staff.

We read in the newspaper “Scoops Creamery”was rated “2021 Best Dessert” in Hartwell, Ga., featuring the novelty “Stuffed Milkshake”. It was not even worth the one star rating as we decided against even trying anything. The lighting during the daytime visit was dim, there was loud music with a heavy beat playing, the “server” could barely answer questions about the menu and seemed more focused on entertaining a man sitting at a table, ultimately the lack of customer service made us get back in the car and leave to spend our money somewhere else. Makes you wonder what the rules were for qualifying to win this category !

Love their club sandwich combo. Hard to find really old style club sandwiches anymore. Fries are fantastic.

Always great service, busy but still great Service! The Ice Cream is always good. My family enjoys coming here.

It was great before the remodel. Now the service takes twice as long. Fries arnt the same. Chilli is bland and cheaply made. Hotdogs get burnt (tell me how that happens lol). Then to top it off, they inflated the heck out of their prices since the remodel. Used to be an amazing place to eat. What happened?Edit. Tossed this trash, guess its Mexican food tonight lol. Also just realized it's under ownership of rolling chef, so that explains the tasteless food and ridiculous prices...

Great sandwich and fries. Awesome upgrades to the original Scoops. Coming back for ice cream next!

So today I went to Scoops it is under new ownership, “The Rolling Chef.” Much to my dismay the food isn’t nearly as good as it was when it was under the previous ownership! Also my meal which was Chicken bites(5) very small pieces of chicken, French fries, and a small Coke was $11.25. Needless to say I will not ever go back to this place, It was TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!

Really enjoyed the New Set up, when I dropped in the other day. As it’s been taken over by Rolling Chiefs. Entire different atmosphere! Very clean! Price went up a little which was unexpected. But over all the Chilli Cheese Dawgs was awesome and service! And a complete New menu!

Food was good. Service needs work. They gave my order to someone else. Prices are higher than before. Can't read menu on wall.

Our 1st time back at Scoops since the new owner & we have no complaints! Food was great, ice cream was wonderful. My 8yr old was ify about her order (The grilled bologna sandwich) but she LOVED it. Hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and chili cheese fries were all great. We’ll definitely be back in the future! Plus, we love the owner.

It’s Saturday 3/6/21 on a Saturday at 3:30pm and they are closed. Typical for this place! They are never open when they’re supposed to be. It is now owned by Rolling Chefs. So called them with your grievances like I did. The new owner is off to a terrible start!
