Couple of days ago we went to get our stuff out. We were tired driving from nc to sc but soon as we got there everything changed . Mr. Paul greeted us with so much respect, understanding. Answered all of our questions, helped us. While waiting another costumer showed up. He was greeted with respect also. Mr. Paul took care of us as other workers from this storage didn’t , especially when you call and they pretty much hang up on you while pretending to answer your question. Mr. Paul is a pro , if I could I would leave Tenn stars for him. He’s so respectful , helpful, cheerful and so nice. Not only as a worker but as a human . Thank you Mr. Paul for the great experience, understanding and help . Because of you we know we made the right choice getting this storage units . Yall need to promote this guy ! He’s the BEST ! Overall the storages are clean , spacious and climatized .

The storage itself is good, but we had a misunderstanding with what was due by the time I found out how much I needed to pay it was the 1st again. I called to pay the passed due amount so I could get in the storage again but they had already put the next month rent on the bill. I explained to the lady in charge and she told me that I couldn't pay the pass due amount that I had to pay for the next month also. I have very important items in the unit and I don't expect anything for free. I was trying to pay, I was told that I was going to get a call from the district manager but we never did. This was a horrible experience for us and I'm just ready to never deal with this storage again. Update... the unit is under David Santana but I have called and he has called but we can't get through to someone that will help. We plan on coming in on Thursday since they are closed tomorrow to just pay what ever we have to. My son's ashes are in there so if I have to pay $500 to get him back I will. I just wanted better communication or at least a call back like I was promised over a week ago, but we will never do business here again after everything we have went through. The male owner is not rude so I hope to speak with him soon.

Very easy and quick process to acquire a unit; flexible with payment options too. The gentleman and lady at the counter were very professional throughout the entire purchase.

First im a disable lady in my upper 60's.
My first impression was friendly. Paul knew everything I asked him.
When I, moved from a outdoor but indoor to a climate control building he took care of my needs. I would recommend this place to everyone thats looking for a storage unit of any size.
You will be well taken care of.

Please don’t rent a storage unit from this place. I went to check on my daughter storage unit today and my key wouldn’t fit in the lock that was on the door. I had to drive 45 minutes back home so I can get my daughter. The nice lady at the desk got employee to cut the lock off the door. All of my daughter stuff had been stolen about 6000 worth. The lady told us she would run the camera to see who got the stuff. Also, the lady stated they had a break in awhile ago. I asked why didn’t she notify everyone who had storage units. She said she only notified people who unit they knew it was broken into. The thieves took all my daughter furniture and accessories for her apartment.

It's nice and secure. Staff is nice also. Only gave it 4 stars bc I haven't been a customer very long. But so far so good.
UPDATE 6/8/23: I thought it was going to be THE place to stay with but every 6 months (felt less than that actually), the price went up and in the end, when I was finally able to move out, the price per month had become almost $200! What started out somewhere around $89/ month. How in the %$#@ could rent for an 10X12 storage bldg go up so high and it be legal?? I understand inflation, but that was insane.
