Chili and Beer Cheese Nachos
Pimento and Gouda Cheese Spread
House-made pimento and gouda cheese served with fried tortilla chips, carrots and celery, and a side of fig preserves.
Fried Pickles
Pickles spears served with house-made ranch dressing.
Beer Cheese Dip
HSBC beer and cheddar cheese dip with Bavarian pretzel sticks.
Reuben Eggrolls
Home-made eggrolls with corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island dressing for dipping.
Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna
Seasoned, seared rare served with teriyaki sauce, wasabi, and Asian slaw on the side.
Mozzarella Sticks
6 fried cheese sticks served with marinara dipping sauce.

Salads

Asian Chicken Salad
Green and red cabbage, romaine, carrots, green onion, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, grilled chicken, and wontons. Comes with two 2oz. Serving of dressings.
Mixed Fresh Greens Salad
Mixed greens, feta cheese, and apple slices. Toasted walnuts and red onion.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons, shaved parmesan, and caesar dressing.
Cobb Salad
Iceberg lettuce, grilled chicken, tomato, green onion, avocado, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, bleu cheese. Comes with two 2oz. Servings of dressing.

Prime Rib Sandwich
Prime rib cooked in au jus, topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms and swiss cheese. Served with au jus and your choice of aside.

House pulled pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread served with your choice of side.
Ahi Tuna Burger
Seared ahi tuna, Asian slaw, avocado, and sriracha ranch served with your choice of side. Tuna is served rare.

Recent Reviews

I spent nearly every day here for around 6 months and I can't recommend it enough. The food was great, the owners are great, the company was great, the beer was great, and the waitresses/bartenders were great. As a full-time traveler for work, it's refreshing to find a place where I can settle in and feel at home. Having traveled all over this great country, I can confidently say that SH was my favorite brewery for all of the aforementioned reasons.

Delicious Pints of Ale and delicious food in a charming historic square. My favorite pint was the Outcast IPA it had a great citrus flavor my wife really enjoyed the dreamsicle by Snafu brew Co, its a sour but with a sweet citrus finish. Food wise the hot honey wings were phenomenal.

Extremely happy we stopped here while in town. Service was fantastic, beer was great, and the food hit! I definitely recommend the loaded fries! If you are in town, definitely check them out!
