Matthew has amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong thing and it was totally my fault. However he did not get upset or complain. He fixed it and everything was great thank you so much Matthew for your wonderful customer service. He deserves a raise.

Slow service, felt like it was poorly managed

The drive thru service was so slow at dinner time. At the window the answer was clear. The 2 employees were both on their phones. Hard to do your job with only one hand. Was handed someone else’s order first before I got the right one. Female didn’t say sorry it took so long, thank you, go to H___. Nothing!! Like to know where the manager was who allowed this to happen when there were cars lined up all the way around the building to the street. Might not have been such a long line if the staff at the window had 2 hands to work with. Don’t think I will go back. Not only was the service slow but the female at the window was so rude.

I ordered Uber eats and someone and an employee at this zaxbys marked it as picked up even though I had not picked it up. The manager Emily I think is her name started yelling at me in the store and I thought for a second her body guard behind her was going to get aggressive. Spend your money anywhere else! This place is AWFUL!!!!!

On this day, August 19 2024 @ approximately 9:10pm My order was the greatest in Zaxby’s history. I’ve received my silverware and sauces(WHICH IS RARE). The fries was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. The wings were sauced to perfection. I give 5 stars to whoever made sure this food was PERFECT!

Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and never were. Employees walked by us at least 20 times but did not stop once to ask what we wanted. Additionally, the place was unkept. We left with no food or attention. Where was owner or management?

Worst service in the world. Ordered online to pickup. Went 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done. Waited over 45 minutes just to get any service to get out food.

Horrible service at the drive thru. We sit for 30 minutes at the window waiting on 2 salads, watching 4 employees lean against the counter. I’ve lived in Hartwell my entire life and have never seen service that bad. It gets worse every day. I WILL NEVER come back to this place again.

Visited on the 4th of July and the staff was friendly and in good spirits. The food was fresh and fast. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars for the food was the fries could’ve used about 1-2 minutes longer in the oil to get that nice crispy golden brown. Great job Zaxby’s team. We will definitely be back as this was one of the better experiences we’ve had here in Hartwell

Wow went to zaxbys today and you won't believe this I'm so upset the employee who brought my food out I asked if the honey mustard was in there she said no I looked at her and said that's what I ordered she said OH WELL there are no good employees any more and she expected me to go get it . This is so wrong.
