Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Im pretty sure her name is Ms. Tracey. Best customer service ive ever received from any fast food restaurant. That is exactly who you want working the register. Give that beautiful lady a raise!!!

Worst Zaxbys I've ever ate at. Not sure if the manager ever checks on their people doing the job correctly or what. You only have to assume that it's a management issue, since other Zaxbys taste good.

This is a brutally honest review. If you are a door dasher this location is your worst nightmare. You will sit there for 15 plus mins and not get any update about the order you are waiting on. There is no sense of urgency in the staff. Everyone mopes around and avoids eye contact. It is not fair for me to generalize this to ALL staff. There are a good few people that take the job seriously and get things done efficiently. This restaurant has caused me to be late on numerous occasions doing my door dasher deliveries. For some positives. Dining area is very clean and so are the bathrooms. None of the staff at least in my experience are out right rude and i usually always get a smile. The number one thing this store needs to approve upon is time management. I have worked in the food industry i understand that when things get busy it is tuff. Bottom line is if you cant work in a fast paced environment you shouldnt be working at this store. I am sick and tired of canceling my orders and wasting my time and my pay to sit there for 15 mins and wait for a 6 pc chicken tender and small coke. Its ridiculous.

I was greeted with respect and my order was taken as soon as possible. My food was done and hot and completely satisfied. I even got my discount for military Veteran.i don't live far so I will return often when I can. Server was courteous and addressed me as Mr. Which I appreciate being old school.

Ridiculous. It’s bad enough you’re having to pay $15 for a meal but then to not even attempt to make things correctly is crazy. Like what is this??? These are suppose to be LOADED fries. There’s one patch of cheese and a few pieces of chicken.

Spent $50 on dinner food was cold, sitting in day old fries and slaw juice. Employees were too busy chatting and playing on their phones to notice the line in the drive through of 7 cars that didn’t move in over 15 min.
I will NOT return to this Zaxby’s or any other.
