“This is the best and the epitome of what country cooking and service is all about. I drive about 30 minutes to eat here and it’s worth it. The food is delicious and has that old school taste. I’m glad I don’t live in Hawkinsville because I’d eat there several days a week. And the prices are very reasonable.“
“We were just passing through and saw it as we passed by and turned around. Tbh I was a little taken back by the fact that the place was empty at lunch time however, I quickly realized that lots & lots of people came in for to-go orders. These wings as well as the fries were some of the best we have ever had. My kids say they indeed were “the best wings ever”. The lady was very nice and even brought us out some xtra wings for free just to be nice! We will definitely be back when we travel to this part of Georgia again. I actually taught my kids a lesson while eating and that was “don’t judge a book by its cover” tbh it certainly wasn’t the nicest place as far as looks go but the food was amazing and I wish they would come to North Alabama and open a 2nd location.“
