I frequent this particular Captain D’s at least once per week, some weeks more, during my work lunch break. Speed of service is crucial to me as I have limited time during my break. A young lady named Tanisha is the reason I return over and over again. She is extremely friendly, attentive and efficient. She remembers me, knows what condiments I want and quick to tell me of any current promotions I may be interested in. It is extremely rare these days to find service workers who are willing to engage with their customers like this. I have noticed over the past few weeks that some employees around her are starting to adopt some of her ethics. Friendliness and a positive attitude are contagious and keeps me coming back to this location. Each day just prior to clocking out for lunch I go through my lunch options in my head trying to decide where I want to go. Tanisha and Captain D’s makes that decision easy. I know what I’m getting when I go here.
Oh yeah, the food is always a hot and prepared properly as well.

Had the lobster bites and shrimp with lobster bisque and husband had 2 fish dinner. Meals were delicious
Normally good food and this visit was as expected. Fish was tasty as always. Captain D's is the pinnacle of fast food seafood.

Stopped today to pick up supper for the family.First the girl at the register was new and trying her best.The guy she was trying to get to show her what to do,acted like she was bothering him!I think he was the manager on duty?Anyways got 3 dinners to go,the fish wasnt crispy as usual and everything was soggy time i got home.So unless youre going to eat there ,dont get it to go.We threw most of it away!Someone should teach them food prep instead of slinging it all in a foam box!
