Ruby's Taquería offers amazing food and service in a nothing fancy but welcoming atmosphere. The buffet selections, while not many, are delicious, with the shrimp ceviche being the best ceviche. The nachos with shrimp, steak, and chicken have great flavor and the best tortilla chips that definitely seem homemade, though a little more lettuce would be nice. The salsa is homemade with an unreal flavor, though a bit spicy with chili powder flavor. The Texas plate, loaded nachos, and deluxe fajitas are all best food ever, with super fresh vegetables. The torta is incredibly fresh and delicious, and the tacos are incredible. Everything is really clean. The service is amazing, with a super nice waiter who follows instructions perfectly. The cook/owner is very sweet and kind. Beautiful woodwork inside makes for a very pleasant stop. Ruby's Taquería has instantly become a favorite place.
