Stopped by on the way home from a wedding. Placed a mobile order because the website and Google both showed open 24-hours. When we arrived, the location was closed and the email confirmation said to contact the store directly for issues. My wife and I have been calling the store and corporate with no luck. This restaurant is posted to open at 5am and the doors are locked and the drive thru is closed I have yet to come here to get breakfast at 5am or even 5:30 they need new management here that can open at the posted time I stop here at least 4tomes a week and always end up going to Hardee’s just to get breakfast and to have to get something I don’t even want from Hardee’s because this Krystal’s can’t get enough help to serve the people when they say they open at 5am guess...read full review
Hazelhurst Kystal’s is the worst!!!The lady was so rude and said to us when we approached the drive thru- you are going to have to wait a long time so be patient. 7 minutes later she Said to us what are you ordering- we told her our order and she said the wait on Krystal’s is very long and I’m not sure when you will get them- the wait is long.
